I knew I found the right person when he took my face in his hands and studied my features for several minutes while he felt my hair the whole time. Then he went to work. I spent nearly 400$ to get a "Brazilian blowout" "smoothing" treatment and I'm so beyond disappointed. My hair is the same if not more dry and course than before the treatment. I wanted something to temporarily straighten my hair and I got confused by the messages with the salon which is my fault. But now after all is said and done, I'm just upset my hair feels and looks just a little bit worse if anything 4 hours of salon time and 400$ later.
