My implant broke in half, a few years after it was put in and I went to the office to be told there's nothing to be done. I am beyond disappointed to have spent thousands of dollars on the work and to make it worse, I posted a google review and was sent an email by Dr. Siegel to please take it down. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!! From the time I walked in the treatment I got was Supreme! Twait was literally 5 minutes, My Hygenist Sonia, was remarkable, never had such a thorough cleaning and examination! Dr Kallianpur was also amazing. He explained everything he saw on my exrays and photos very well and told me where I could have future problems. I recommend it to everybody. I chipped my tooth and was very upset about it. I researched dozens of dentists in NY and NJ. There were only few of them that did not have awful reviews. Dr. Siegel was one of them. When I called on a Friday to schedule an appointment I was able to get one for Monday, which was very fast. On the phone the staff already sounded very helpful and caring. When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted by a very charismatic staff. Dr. Siegel saw me in a matter of minutes and was extremely nice. He did a great job and I am very pleased with the result. I didn't need to have it filled, which was something I didn't want. He smoothed the chip and nobody can say it was chipped at one point. My husband and I have been patients of Dr Siegel for several years the office is always warm and welcoming. My 10 year old had cracked his adult two front teeth and due to the trauma an infection developed over thanksgiving break. The office staff was wonderful with communicating what we need to have down and got us in right after the weekend. This was the first time meeting Dr K. My son needed two root canals in his front teeth. Dr K was wonderful with my nervous son talked him through the whole procedure. Made him feel completely at ease. I highly recommend this office and their wonderful staff and can not thank Dr K enough for his calm demeanor and willingness to do this procedure. read more

I wanted to relay my personal experience with Brookside Family Denitstry and specifically Dr. Jordan Spiegel for anyone who may be considering the practice for themselves... I had a traumatic accident as a child that caused some significant dental damage and has since left me with anxiety that leads to panic attacks upon office visits. I dread the dentist like few others. After unsatisfactory work by a local competitor, I sought out Dr. Siegel based on a colleague's recommendation. Dr. Siegel was great during the consultation, explaining the procedures and a timeline for completion. During the procedures he was gentle and considerate of my condition. For anyone with anxiety or panic attacks about dental visits Dr. Jordan Spiegel is your guy! But none of this is what compelled me to post a review... This morning December 9th, 2018, I woke up with a concern from my latest procedure. I called the office and left a voicemail detailing my issue and requesting a follow-up appointment. Being a Sunday during Hanukkah, I wasn't expecting a call back until maybe Monday... but probably Tuesday morning. 20 minutes later, from his cell phone, on a Sunday, during Hanukkah, from the hospital where his wife was about to go into labor... Dr. Spiegel returned my call himself! He explained my concern was a common occurrence, nothing to worry about, gave me interim care instructions, and told me he would fit me into the next available appointment. To me, this speaks directly to his level of care and compassion. He probably knew I was freaking out and took the time out of EVERYTHING else in his busy schedule to address my concerns immediately. That level of service means a lot to me, you can tell he cares immensely for his patients. I'm not family or a friend, just another patient. A fairly new patient at that! This wasn't an isolated incident either, he's been phenomenal in every interaction I've had with him. To reemphasize... He called back Himself. Within 20 minutes. On a Sunday. During Hanukkah. Worst Dentist, he did bridge work on me. From the beginning I complained of pain,all he did was give me antibiotics and pain killers without telling me what's going on. When he was finally done with my bridgework I was still in pain. After weeks of pain I called his office and he told me that I needed to see a specialist and get a root canal. He could have done that from the beginning,instead he let me suffer pain for nearly one month,and hopefully my bridge doesn't crack when I get the root canal done over it. read more

I brought my children (ages 8 and 4) to this office, after having a less than pleasing experience at another dentist, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the service! From the moment I arrived, they were able to offer my choice of TV to suit the children and when my 4 year old decided to have a meltdown, they even offered coloring books and crayons! For the service, they were very attentive and the hygienists were excellent with my children, especially my 4 year old who has never been to the dentist and is very weary of doctors in general. They explained a lot to me and offered tips that I had not thought about before. read more

After transferring to Brookside Dental from Chester Dental Associates, my whole family has been very happy with the switch. The office is very clean, bright, modern, and up to date with the latest technology. The staff works to ensure a level of comfort and techniques that don't require you to take trip to the hospital afterwards. They make it a point not to cross contaminate and spread germs or any possible diseases. Dr. Siegel is awesome...really friendly, easy to speak to, and very knowledgeable about his craft. The best thing is that he will make time for you. Example, my husband had a filling put in a few months ago, gave him a few problems, when he went in to have his cleaning and mentioned Dr. Siegel immediately said let's fix it. He told my husband that if something is bothering him, call him no matter what. My husband hasn't had a problem since. Another example, my mother had an old cap fall off when she was at work, the next day was Saturday and the office was closed. After calling him late on Friday when it happened, he said be at the office 9am on Saturday. We showed up and he was there waiting for us. What a true professional.
