Entered my home to have a look around with no permission. LUNATICS!! And they reset the appliances in my apartment and now the oven doesn't even work. I still live here for a week! You are out of your minds!!!!! They did not give 24 hour notice as required by law. Trek management will violate you, take advantage of you, and make you hate your own home. Let me remind readers that Trek is trying to force me in to staying an EXTRA month beyond my lease, yet enters for a "prewalk" and turns off my oven? From the first phone call to the move in process the Management Team made my move easy. I worked with Tammi, Cassandra and Melissa. Their communication with me was excellent. Every email was answered the same day. The day of my move was made easy by being able to park the moving truck in the garage and having two dollies available to use. This small step made the process quicker. By the end of the day I already had my Package service set up with out even having to ask. When I first called I was hesitant about the small size of the apartment but the design was excellent and after moving all my things in it is the perfect size for one person. The apartment is a five minute walk to the transit center which is great for commuting,. Thank your Trek. Stacy

This place gets 3 This complex is more dog friendly than…read morekid friendly so if that's what you value it might be the place for you. Dogs have pissed on the carpets multiple times but children have literally been kicked out of their events. neighbors have complained to me about this. Seems ridiculous. The office staff was always very kind to my kids so I didn't have this issue but it was a complaint of others. I moved from a one bedroom unit to a two bedroom because I gained two foster kids and was in a lease. They charged me $400 for a microwave because something had burned in it. I was shocked. The amenities are the best part, if you can use them. The theater was our very favorite. So amazing! The problem is the rooftop is such a gorgeous place but you can hardly use it due to Washington's horrible weather this is the same if you get a unit with a balcony. Pretty pointless. They don't set out the cushions for the furniture on the rooftop except for 3 months out of the year so like I said, pretty useless. They will try to charge you for every little thing like one time my daughter left a box on the floor in the garbage room by accident and they were going to charge me. Everything comes with a fee. I understand they have to do this sometimes to manage the property but it felt like a lot. Also, if you don't get garage parking it will be a nightmare for you. All street parking is 3 hours max and windows have been busted and ticketed, even towed. Management is really good about alerting everyone when parking enforcement is out so that's nice. They have events monthly that are sometimes put together very nicely especially if you like to drink which I never do. Some of the events were kinda ridiculous though because one time they did caramel apples and my kids had been looking forward to it for days but it was literally one slice of apple. Two bites. Another time they did an event celebrating 3 years in business and the picture shown is what they offered. For the entire complex. This complex is very unique and does offer a lot of amazing amenities but I personally didn't feel the pricing was worth it considering the downsides.

Unsafe area (google statistics). You pay for indoor parking yet- cars are broke into even with cameras and remotes. Parking $150.00 a month. Train noise is never ending. Very hot in Summer. Lots of turn over in office- so accountability is not guaranteed. Rent needs to be 1/2 the price for tiny postage stamp apt in this location. Don't be fooled by amenities they are not a guarantee of being available. Entire time we're there could never secure time in movie room. Could hear everytime nieghbor above us walked across room. Hallways smelled like curry, onions or what ever fried food was being cooked. Curious who's being evicted? They post multiple notes (at a time) on tenant doors and leave them all month.

How do I put this to avoid being negative? We're looking for a 2-Bedroom, 2-Bathroom apartment…read more(difficult to find) and came across an ad for The Seasons at Lea Hill Village. Entering the office we met a female, who we assumed work there, although she failed to introduce herself. Knock one star off. We explained what we were looking for to which she pointed to a building about 100 yards away from the office, and told us to meet her there. We entered a secured (card reader) door that was propped open as a female was sweeping the floors in the common area. Got off at the 3rd. floor and immediately detected a strong fishy odor. Carpeting was worn and the odor seemed to be emanating from the carpets vs someone cooking in an apartment. Minus another star . The apartment being reviewed had a musty smell. Could be due to either poor housekeeping or being unoccupied for a while. Needless to say, we weren't impressed. Remember, first impressions. As we exited the building, someone (maintenance, staff, ???) had placed a pair of pliers under the "secured" door, so the apartments could be accessed via the elevators. Minus another star . I'll leave this review on a positive note. In the same complex (ground level) there's a small grocery store, hair salon and a couple of other businesses. There's even a small Police (Kent PD) Department office on the complex. Not certain if that's a good sign or not. As we exited the driveway a school bus was stopped and unloaded about 20 kids that appeared to between 15-17 years of age and as they exited the bus they immediately engaged in a water bottle fight dowsing each other with water and leaving their emptied plastic bottles on the roadway & parking area. Think we'll look elsewhere for our next apartment.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. There are CONSTANT PROBLEMS and the lack of cleanliness will make you SICK…read more I've been living here for a couple months and they will LIE TO YOU about their policies. (And charge you an extra couple thousand if you want to leave after seeing the truth of the shithouse here!) They don't have security and it's pretty clear they don't manage the rent they collect very well. Every pathway is always trashy and walls are drawn on (children are children but its pretty clear the properties are not well kept), the walls are paper thin and you can hear and smell EVERYTHING. Tenants smoke weed and its constant, the smell wafts up and you can't have your windows open (its summer which makes this particularly infuriating) if you don't want the smell coming in. I have yet to have the money to buy a seal for my front door because there IS NONE and I can always smell it through there no matter what else I do. There is supposed to be a rule about not smoking withing 25 feet of all buildings. It is not enforced and nor is noise control. I've tried multiple times to contact security over a neighbor playing obscenely loud bass music all throughout the night for nearly 2 months when I moved in. Could not get a full 8 hours of sleep. There's a "police station" right under one of the buildings but it's always closed and I've never seen a single cop ever roll through this place. Their "security number" is nonexistent. This place is not safe with how flimsy the door is and there only being one lock, too. It's why I refuse to live on a first floor. They also lied to me about unit pricing. Don't go with what it says online- their display unit was priced at a discount (it likely still is) and they lied to me until the day I had to move in and could confirm payment, and I was shoved into an extremely dirty unit instead of the one they keep clean. It was pretty clear to me that they preyed on my situation, because it wasn't until I was conveniently at the end of my rope that they told me they couldn't put me in that unit. There's water damage everywhere and it takes multiple weeks for maintenance to come in. They're either not paid very well or cannot communicate with each other at ALL. There's just so much damage. These buildings need to be rebuilt and management needs to be changed. There's only one receptionist that I have actually gotten good vibes from but she was the one who sat with me after they closed to make sure I had a roof over my head as I signed the lease. I wish I hadn't. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED, DO NOT LIVE HERE AND WARN OTHERS LOOKING. THE PICTURES ARE LIKELY AI CUS IT IS NOT THAT NICE.

They keep the grounds looking fantastic here. This has got to be the nicest apartment complex to live in in Auburn. The maintenance people are very professional, trustworthy and reliable. The management is friendly, helpful and respectful of their tenants privacy. I have never had an apartment under 1000 dollars with a view as amazing as I did here. Drawbacks: No storage facilities and single pane windows which made our bathroom a chilly place to visit first thing in the morning. Other than those two little things I have no complaints and would absolutely recommend The Landings at River's Edge in Auburn WA. Moving out was a breeze and they were totally upfront about any cleaning fees that were going to be due after we left. The kindness didn't end after the lease was signed like it does at so many other apartment complexes. They strive to create an atmosphere of inclusive community that is both welcoming and fun!

This used to be one of the best kept secrets in Auburn. Yes I admit you may have to drive through…read morethe bad part of town to get here but once here you could relax. Congratulations we have joined the ranks of crime filled DT Auburn neighborhood. In the past perfectly kept grounds seasonal foliage renewed & planted by the amazing landscaping company they had twice a year after all we were paying for it in the already average to high rents for the neighborhood. Not exactly low but not out of average for the market & LOCATION today. The trail behind apartments on the property was immaculate, along river was beautiful trash areas were spotless. Again back before new management! You will find crack pipes on the trail owned by The Landings beer cans this is not kid friendly at all. I miss the days when management would professionally handle rude tenants who were disturbing or disrespecting others be it parking noise etc. Unless u are a friend of Debra's if not u will find she does nothing for u. Maybe there is a payment system I am not privy to on how to get things done by the people I pay rent to. Someone fill me in. As soon as new management moved in the grounds keeping went w/ old management it just STOPPED Parking has always been limited but is now worse than ever. Its great now - if u r a friend of the management team getting to park anywhere u want for as long as u want while they threaten to tow your car. Onsite maintenance is a young lazy kid who seems to just hang out on his stoop at his river front property who. Unheard of for a property management company to give its best apartments to the onsite property team! Who is never in the office anyways. I still cant figure out how u can live on the property & can be late or out of work so often leaving apartments sitting empty for weeks or not allowing you to speak to mgmt when you have an issue. No one answers the phone. The windows have always been cheap single pained & nonfunctional causing condensation leading to serious mold & carpet stains under each window into the carpet which will be charged to u when u move. Talk of new windows has been spoken about for so many months. We are still waiting on the 'promise' of those to be replaced & at what cost & inconvenience to the tenants. Debra the manager posted on 2/25/15 that they are already in. DRIVE BY AND SEE 4YOURSEL It is old mgmts fault is the standard answer u will get from anyone on the staff local or higher up level. No one takes responsibility or action. It's pretty bad. I would think the new owners would want to protect their investment. Instead u will hear the manager Debra complain about her boss Jennifer or Nicole to any tenant who will listen or Josh the maintenance guy talk about how bad Debra is. Everyone just complains about everyone else. Backlash which creates tension between once friendly to each other tenants. She makes her own job worse. Professional? NOT EVEN CLOSE! A smile on her face I've never seen one unless she is trying to get u to sign a lease after that you're screwed. Debra is rude one would think u work for her instead of her realizing we are tenants & pay rent & should be treated professionally. She has an answer to everything even the questions u haven't asked yet. She is combative to everyone. Temper tantrums ALWAYS! She is so shady that the proof is in the pudding. She is the one who wrote 2/25/15 review of the property. WE DO NOT HAVE NEW WINDOWS! This is the kind of lies & manipulation u will have to deal with living here. It is very disruptive. Angry phone calls asking u to move your car? Again I am not her friend I'm just a paying tenant. No initial courtesy call. WE WILL TOW IT. I have parked in the same place for years. It has never been a problem. Maybe a class in professionalism is needed. The years of experience she brags of seem to be just that. Bragging, lips service. Amateur! The worst bug infestation. There is a rampant ant problem which never existed & the flies around the garbage & fleas inside. I don't even have pets. Oh & the roaches! BTW the apartments charge u to eliminate these problems. The old management had worked hard to keep this community up & respectful & classy. Now it seems the classless disrespectful population is moving in. Oh & if u think they just let anyone in, your wrong, they now expect more than ever before after all these down grades. Raised rents lower expectations. No upgrades have been done, nothing has been done! Same property worse condition worse management and higher rents. If you have a bad record, just move in with another tenant that seems to be legal & rampant here. So u never really know who your neighbors are anymore than the new owners do.
