I submitted my estimate that I received from an Auto Body shop and they said they don't want to fix my car, for that price (around $3,000) but offered me $1000. They said the price is too high... I told them Tesla told me to take it to a Tesla Certified Auto Body shop, and that is what I did, the closest to my house... I told them I will take it to another shop, but that's all I can do because I've already taken the car to Tesla and a Tesla Certified body shop and they told me the price is too high and they would only offer me $1,000. 1K will not fix my car. That's an insult. I'm not an auto body guy, but when they dropped my car off the flatbed, both my side fenders broke, my undercarriage parts are broken, my front bumper does NOT align with my fenders and headlamps anymore... I'm sure there's internal pieces broken because it is LOOSE AND I CAN HEAR IT... As of now, my car is still damaged. It seems like they DON'T WANT TO USE INSURANCE and THEY ARE LOW BALLING ME... I don't understand it, but THEY ARE NOT RIGHT how they are handling this... $1000, is NOT GOING TO FIX MY CAR. I will need to follow through with AAA, and now with my insurance... and if worse comes to worse file a lawsuit against them. HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICE for them. VERY SHADY. Doesn't take accountability for their faults. NEVER USE California Roadside service

    Towed out of my paid parking spot. Rude individuals inconsiderate and price was BEYOND ridiculous…read more For a few hours of my car being there. They towed it at 12 AM. I called at 9 AM. Employee said they updated their prices at 2 AM so it counts as two days. Scammers and playing games to get money. Not to mention they damaged our car and our brakes. So not only do we have to pay for some ridiculous tow from my parking spot. we have to waste time getting a diagnosis on my car which isn't free btw. For them to fix our car. What a waste of time and money. Messing with people's lives for something so beyond insignificant A bunch of people in my apartment complex park on red, on the street, in front of fire hydrants but they come and tow someone's car out of their parking spot? We're the ones paying for this 'service,' so maybe spend less time writing condescending notes about 'formulas for success' and more time training your staff to act like professionals.
