We called for an estimate for flooring and Robert offered to stop by that night to look at the kitchen and dining room. We asked if he had samples and he went out of his way to bring some the next morning for us to see. We found the one we liked and was happy with him so we said we'd like him to lay flooring when he can. He was there 3 days later and took out the old floor and had the new floor down that day. Please read the bad reviews on google about this business very carefully and take them very seriously. Do not ignore the bad reviews like I did or you'll end up in a vey bad situation. Mr. Bruce and his son Robert Miller installed some really expensive vinyl flooring in my home. It has not been a year since the floors were installed and they have sunk/caved in due to heat damage from the sun despite me putting window tinting, installing an overhang and blinds, as well as an area rug to block the heat and they still sunk and warped in less than a year. The planks didn't even survive a single summer and these people refused to honor the warranty on the floor and yelled and screamed at me like psychopaths and told me literally I was being a pain in the ass for complaining about this and basically told me to go f*ck off and I mean in the most grotesque and disrespectful way posible, and refused to replace the poor quality floors that should have not gotten damaged from the sun in such a short time. They will talk down at you as if you were stupid if you don't do things their way and they will belittle you and be condescending as hell towards you because in their minds you are too stupid to understand anything about construction and to ask things to be done as you wish even though you are the one paying them your hard earned money. These are the most rude and disrespectful human beings I have ever met or done business with in my entire life. Please save yourself the headache and your hard earned money and stay away from these business. They sold me crap and charged me a kidney. Turns out the job they did costs little more than half what they charged from other reputable installers like Lowes. They will rob you and will have no accountability if anything goes wrong! Now I have to spend money in an attorney to pursue legal action because this is simply wrong!!! Stay away from this business and go with somebody more honorable and reliable like Home Depot or Lowes. Both Home Depot and Lowes will also give you better quotes and full insurance and accountability. read more

Was in the market for new flooring, went to Home Depot and couldn't even get waited on there. Went to Lowes and they wanted to charge us $60.00 to come out and give us an estimate. Thought we would give this little floor store in town a try and what a surprise. We met Bruce the owner and he gave us many samples to take home.
