The guys were friendly and very helpful. Let them know type of car and they let me know what they had used or new and the cost. They were able to replace the glass in about an hour while I sat in their waiting room. If you have glass coverage through your insurance let your insurance company know beforehand you are going to the shop and information will be sent to their system for the insurance to pay directly. I hope to never have to deal with again but if I do I know exactly where to go.

So I have to admit that I've seen broken glass on the same spot where I parked but silly me; I never made the connection that I shouldn't park there for that reason. So basically after many incidents of broken glasses on the curb, it was my broken glass that was on the curb on a Thursday evening. I know for some folks it's a "dust your shoulders off, pay for the damage and keep it moving" moment but I felt truly violated. Whoever did this didn't take much since I didn't have anything in the vehicle. Maybe the douche got lucky and found the five bucks that I've been looking for since last year that was buried in my glove compartment but all to say is that, I was very pissed that the my five bucks and quarters that he/she took resulted in me dispensing 130 bucks to fix my glass. I went to this place immediately and the staff was definitely sympathetic. Since it was late in the day, the staff told me he can put a temporary glass for the night and I can come back tomorrow morning at 8am to adjust and realign it. I paid for the damage, went on my merry way still seething from the mofo that broke my glass. Anyway, coming here was a life-saver. I came back the following day and the glass was fixed within 30 minutes. I also met the owner, Rob, who was a true professional and made sure my experience was decent. I would totally recommend this spot.

I brought the old piece in, the guy working. there wasn't the friendliest, but that's OK as long as the job is done, he said it would cost me $40 to have the glass replaced, I was a little taken back at that price, but I was desperate to get it done. I left came back a few days later gave him $40 came home and the piece they cut it was too big for my medicine cabinet. Even though I gave them the old one it still wasn't sized correctly. so now the shelf because I don't want to drive all the way back and Wait for it to get fixed is a little crooked in my medicine cabinet and I have to be careful what I put on it. I called the guy and told him what happened and he told me I could come in. I said well can't you just come to my house to repair it since it was your fault and basically no was what the answer was. I had more work planned for this company to have glass made for furniture in my house but there's absolutely no way I would do it . Their prices are too high. If they charge $40 for a little shelf for a cabinet how much do you think they would charge for a piece of glass on a dresser . And it wasn't sized correctly . They didn't smooth it out. However, they pointed out to me how the body work that had been done by another shop as a result of a collision 2 years ago wasn't done correctly. I had a crack that happened and spread Saturday afternoon and by Sunday it was fixed very well by Ian. He told me that due to the climate and moisture it wouldn't be a perfect job and that makes sense as it was snowing with cold temps. He was very responsive via phone and on a Sunday helped to schedule me in and have it taken care of. I had most places that would push me out a couple of days and maybe have me get a new windshield. The crack was bullseye crack a little smaller than a dime and spread about 8 inches. The quoted price was very fair and much less than the big shops. All in all I have a new expert for any auto glass issues. Gotta love Yelp!
