When I spent $700 for new tires (a) I had to wait FIVE hours (b) they never balanced the tires (c) they left off every single vlave cover I called immediately at 800-737-2697 and was given a case # (#318669) and was told my concerns were being expedited - and that a supervisor would call me back the next day. This was on April 9th. I have since called a total of THREE TIMES asking for someone to help me resolve this and still no one has ever called me back. It is now April 20th and have given up. At this point it appears that Pep Boys has simply taken my $700, left me with unbalanced tires that will wear out prematurely ... and even the corporate office does not care in the least to even respond to my concerns. After being a Pep Boys customer for 40 years, I am now sorry that I ever decided to bring my car there. I will never again recommend anyone to use Pep Boys again.
