I rescheduled my appointment for another day and was told that the plan would only cover the basic maintenance and if I needed other things covered, I would have to pay out of pocket which I refuse to do since the Orlando dealership would have had ALL of my maintenance issues covered. Also, they tried to get me to pay for a cabin filter saying supposedly that it was dirty and needed replacing and I flat out said NO! That's usually covered under the plan. I just wanted to get my car maintenance and get out of there. That was the last time I stepped foot there. I just go back to Orlando when the maintenance is needed and pay $0 out of pocket. No ty!

I haven't even made the first payment and essential functions (the AC) WILL ONLY BLOW HOT AIR AND NOT WORK. They came back with a $2100 bill and said we can make it $800. It's been over 2 weeks still no updates even after communicating to them to order the part after begging and pleading at the obvious unfairness of the situation. Very sh*t situation but I couldn't continue my day to day business and personal life with no air in a Florida summer. I follow up..the response is IDK. Essentially I got fu**ed over 1000% and they don't care or have ANY urgency whatsoever Karl if you or your management see this I genuinely hope you're pressed to prioritize compassion and do the right thing for your dealerships reputation and Me, the customer. To accommodate this one of our 5 Mini Coopers had to become a safe baby capable SUV. We wanted a hybrid or electric. The conversation started with an Alfa Remeo, it was low mileage and a Hybrid. Carly found it on their website & thought it was pretty. Ryan pulled the car fax, he was very honest with us that's not the car you want. I have a lower mileage 2025 Chevy Blazer we took in on trade. He welcomed us to test drive both vehicles. We have traveled the country in vehicles Ryan has sold us. So when he said I have a better option, we took him at his word. We came in test drove the Chevy, I didn't even look at the Alfa. Ryan went as far as giving Carly great information on cost of ownership, maintaining charge, and 220 vs 110 charging. I am a paramedic by career and mechanic by curiosity. I do 90% of all our vehicle maintenance. I wasn't thrilled with the prospect of an Italian car, Italian parts, Italian specialty tools and new diagnostic computers. Thank you Ryan for knowing this about me.
