We shared the appetizer plate, which I highly recommend. Lots of great small bites so you can enjoy more flavor. Rice was light and fluffy. Naan delicious and perfect for cleaning up leftover sauces. Samosas has lots of rich flavorful filling. Paneer pakora was one of my favorites, but I love cheese. Service was excellent. I recommend the lunch time as it was less crowded and felt so relaxing. There are no American choices here like some buffets, like pizza and french fries. Some of the dishes I'd not seen before at buffets are these chopped oysters served on foil, or boneless ribs (really just sliced up pork shoulder cooked Chinese way), and steamed clams.
