Very small but very busy place! Food was amazing!!! Too bad we're leaving Fallon soon :( , we discovered this gem too late!

Visiting family that jut moved to Fallon and found Wild Horse Cafe on YELP for breakfast! Food was delicious and service was so good. Jolene was fun, knowledgeable about the food and believe me take her suggestions she won't lead you wrong! Ya gotta stop if you are in the area or close by well worth the drive!

Was recommended by a guard at Fallon Navy Base. He wasn't lying. This was the best breakfast I have ever had. Everything was fresh from the eggs that got delivered from the local farmer to the tri-tip that melted in your mouth

Initially we weren't sure as we pulled into a livestock arena but as soon as we got inside and our waitress (Jolene) started service we were more comfortable. BC of a gluten allergy I wasn't sure if I could eat but the owner/cook (Shelly) actually came to table and discussed the cooking process. Most importantly, she offered to modify to avoid cross contamination. It's truly a hidden gem as someone else noted. The breakfast was delicious! Service amazing! Family owned and great experience adventure in the location. Highly recommend if you are nearby!

I've been working out of Fallon for about 7 months and Wild Horse Cafe has become a staple for me. I make sure to eat here at least once a week, the food and customer service will always keep me coming back. The smothered omelet is my go-to meal, the gravy here is hands down the best I've ever had! I've tried a lot of things on the menu and haven't had anything that I didn't like. Truly a bang for your buck as well, always left satisfied after the meal and it's a great price for the portions. The cafe is cozy and the staff is always friendly and easy to talk to. More restaurants need to take notes from Wild Horse Cafe!

What I like about Wild Horse Cafe is that you really don't know it's there unless you're a local or you do a search. It's a small cafe but seems to be relatively busy. The staff is friendly and attentive. I order the French bread French Toast only. It's a small dish but it was very good. I like how they warmed up a bottle of syrup which I thought was a nice touch. I wouldn't mind going back and trying something else on their menu.

Our meal came fast and disappeared equally as fast.

We were driving through and found this little gem because of the high yelp reviews. They did not disappoint. If you are going anywhere near I highly recommend it. If it looks like your GPS is bringing you into a stockyard then you are in the right place! Great food. Fries are the bomb. Just regular fries but cooked and seasoned to perfection. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Pancakes were huge, flavorful and fluffy. French toast was perfect and made with thick sliced bread. Cheese burger is on a substantial bun and was tasty. Country Benedict is like a deconstructed sausage gravy and biscuits and perfect! Tri-tip Sandwich was loaded with meat and the AuxJu was tasty.

Place is 15 minutes off the main road but worth the detour! Get ready for some hearty home cooked meals. Tri-Tip is tender, gravy is amazing! Hot coffee! Fast service!

The atmosphere was nice, clean, well decorated, and organized. I forgot the name of our waitress, but in the middle of me asking a question she walked off said I'll be right back. She was the youngest waitress there. She did come back and apologize, no issue was made, I accepted apology said it's alright and proceeded to order. Our order was Pho #9 with meatballs to go and one for the table, honey garlic chicken served with fried rice. While waiting for our order we were served water and our drinks. Along with the water a pitcher was placed in the table to refill the water cups, which was greatly appreciated. Son enjoyed a bottled Sapporo and added on some potstickers. The fried rice served with the meal was washed, but was on the mushier end, and any additions to the rice were missing. It was basically white rice, and soy sauce with a couple of pea sized speckles of egg, and I mean a couple, as you can see in the video. The pho was decent at best, the large portion was the small portion in other pho restaurants. Son loves it and enjoyed his meal greatly. The honey garlic chicken was fried to a crisp, and then sauced. The fry held up to the heavy thick sauce. The potstickers were good. They seemed almost deep fried or air fried as opposed to a traditional pan fry where one side is toasted and the rest it soft textured. However it was still pleasantly tasty and was served with a decent sauce! Would I return? Probably not, I have no doubt that it's good for this small town!!!
