Abdu and his associate did a great job replacing a wooden board under our sink that was badly damaged by a previous leak. I used the Yelp request for services feature to send out a request for my project, and Abdu promptly responded and was also able to schedule us in quickly which was great because we needed the board replaced quickly. He was very professional and prompt with messaging and communication through Yelp and text, which we highly appreciated because 1) it was hard for us to find a handyman in the first place and 2) the other handymen in our contacts book were very difficult to get a hold of. Abdu and his associate did a very thorough job replacing the board, from getting a custom cut replacement, paint finish, proper support structure, etc. They also got our attention to explain a few of their findings and ask questions/decisions to me and my husband as they worked. They arrived at our home and as soon as I opened the door they were both putting on booties over their shoes, which impressed us both because we don't wear shoes in our house. Anyway they introduced themselves and stated the reason for showing up, and of course we knew why but they both were very polite, kind and upon showing them the reason for my contact, they took a look and asked if he may enter my shower for a closer look and he observed the issue and said I believe it may not be as bad, he then asked for permission to open my wall with a drill hole to allow a camera to look further into the situation.
