Bullhead City is very small and limited on vehicles that are available locally, so I knew I would have to shop on the internet in a 200-300 mile radius and then sort through all the hype and BS from the normal 21st Century auto dealerships. What a surprise I got when I connected with Auto Union in Reseda, California! If you are looking for a used car, truck, van, SUV....check this dealer out. It will be worth your time to go out of your way to get to know them! This is a dealership you can definitely trust. All of their vehicles are 100% as advertised. I bought a 20 year old Jeep Liberty from Shawn...over the phone....sight unseen! It is immaculate! I live in Arizona...300 miles away. I found this vehicle through internet searches on Carfax. A perfect one owner vehicle....with Carfax to prove it. So, I made the phone call to check it out. After a short phone conversation about the vehicle, I asked for the 'out the door price'....expecting the normal $1000-$1500 in add-ons and fees and the back and to with the 'manager' for 8 hours. THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN! The advertised price WAS the PRICE! I didn't even make a counter offer!!!! What a great dealer to know! Where the price is the PRICE! Shawn even assisted in getting it shipped to my front door! The whole deal took 2 phone calls and 30 minutes! When you find a dealer like Auto Union and Shawn who is straight-up and don't.....agree on a price.... and then hijack you for phony title fees, tracking devices, paint protection........YOU DON"T HAVE TO NEGOTIATE.......it's already a GREAT DEAL. Everyone needs a good doctor, good attorney and GOOD CAR DEALER......AUTO UNION IS YOUR CAR DEALER!!!!

Check engine light came up 10 min after I signed the contract and picked up the vehicle. This company offerred no recourse. Stalled after about 50 miles of driving. Ended up spending $4000 to get it home, a week later mechanic found additional seals and leaks that had damaged the engine. Another 4K to replace cylinder heads. They had reset check engine light and masked several major problems by steam cleaning and covering it up and sold what is essentially a junk to me as a running and working vehicle.

I decided to move to Arizona and needed a van. I called Enterprise Auto Sales in Reseda California and spoke with the manager. She said she could pick up a 2018 Dodge van with 22,225 miles on it from their Long Beach location. I love this van, it has served my relocation purposes well driving back and forth to Los Angeles six times...four years later I only have 44000 miles on it and will be using for hauling items pickup and delivery. The manager was more than efficient in getting the van to me within one day. The financing was fast and if the same management is as effective as in 2022, I definitely will purchase my next van here since I may be moving back to L.A. not definitively sure, yet. What is really impressive is the five year extended warranty through March 2027...I hope the warranty will be five years on the next purchase.

Throughout the years me and Frank have kept close communication, and he always asked how I was doing and that if I ever needed anything, to please reach out to him. He would leave voicemails for me every so often. I would always acknowledge him and I would also stop by in the dealership if I was in the area to say hello. Frank is one of the nicest and most sincere gentleman there is- down to earth and honest In 2025, I had established the idea that I wanted to purchase a new car and had a plan of purchasing in July of 2026. Originally, I was going to go with another Civic Si, as that's what I've always had. However, my mindset soon changed. I have always wanted a Type R (Though the Si has been in my interest). I reached out to Frank a month ago and told him that I would likely go forward with a Type R. I told him that I'm aware of the price these cars normally go for. I had no problem with a payment plan that is much more substantial than an Si. I explained to him that Sonic Grey was my color choice was a non-negotiable factor. He explained to me that it would be possible and that he would look into other dealers that had one. I had also communicated with Marlon (the finance manager) and Jazmine (a sales associate with Frank) and they were as so kind-helping to answer any additional questions or concerns. One evening, I get a voicemail from Frank informing me that he was able to allocate a Sonic Grey Type R. The next day I went over the numbers with Marlon and I told him that it's what I was expecting to pay and I gave him the thumbs up. The next day I got a text from Marlon and Jazmine that the car arrived. I came right after work around 5:30 and met Frank who had the car all detailed and waiting outside the showroom entrance. The car looked absolutely amazing and I couldn't be happier. I told Frank I couldn't be more appreciative of what he was able to accomplish for me. I turned in my keys, provided proof of my title for the old car, and did all the paperwork with Marlon. I was done with everything by 6:45 PM. It was by far the easiest and most straight-forward purchase I have ever with a vehicle, including the first time with Frank. He ran me through my vehicle set up, showed me some tips and techniques with the Type R. The purchase experience ended with a video interview by Marlon for their social media. I cannot be happier with my vehicle purchase experience with Honda of Reseda. Thank you again Frank, for all you do for me. I cannot express enough gratitude. Run away. These guys are a rip off shop and are not qualified to work on the cars they sale…read more I took my 2009 CRV for service on the A/C and other issues with the ventilation. I told the exactly the three issues: 1) Vent Mode Motor not working -- Changing settings does not change where the air comes out from. 2) Blend Door Motor not working -- Air Temperature does not change no matter the dial. Plus you can see the actuator down by the drivers side gas pedal and it does not respond to changing the dial. 3) A/C compressor clutch not engaging -- A/C stops working. Has been flaky for a few years especially when hot. They proceeded to ignore me, do their diagnostics and only fix 1 and 3. They quoted me ~ $1780, held the car overnight to wait for parts, fixed the car, but then called me and told be it would be $700 more (after doing the work) since they forgot to add labor for the compressor replacement. I picked up the car and asked the service advisor (Narek) if the A/C was working really well. He lied to my face and said yes. I proceed to drive around and guess what, the air was barley cold and did not change temp because they did not fix the #2 the Blend Door Motor. They are all liars, and not qualified to do a proper repair. I had to buy the Blend Door Motor on Amazon for $27 and install it myself the next day. The only reason I'm willing to pay their rip off pricing is for convivence. And they cannot even get that right. Service manager still has not returned my phone call.
