I bought my car here last week and I could not be happier with my purchase, and with the service I continue to receive from Brian. First of all, I paid less than market value, in a time when everything is selling above market. The car a 2012 VW CC AND is beautiful, super clean, and low mileage. Then, less than a week after purchase, while driving on the freeway, an engine warning light came on and the car started to lose power. I went straight to a mechanic and was quoted $560 to change the coils and spark plugs because the coils were misfiring. Not a serious issue, and due to the age of the car, but still I wasn't thrilled about this, less than a week after driving it off the lot. So I called Brian to let him know that this happened, and, he told me to bring it to him that same day, and that he would have his mechanic check it out and fix the problem for me. He didn't have to do this because I purchased the car "AS IS" and he had no obligation whatsoever to me at this point. But he chose to help me anyway. And, he gave me a nice little Audi loaner car while mine was being serviced. Oh, and they also noticed that two of the outside lights were out, and replaced those for me as well. I've never cared much for car salesmen, but Brian is the exception. I will absolutely recommend C.I.T. Auto to anyone looking for a good deal on a good car. I Bought them an Audi A4 2009 Convertible, supposed to be in "excellent condition" for $10k one year ago. I drive calmly and take good care of my car. But here is the list of the issues I had with their car: - Left light stopped working after 2 weeks - Top roof stopped working after 2 month - AC stopped working after 3 month - Cooling liquid tank leaking after 6 month. ($600 to fix it, couldn't fix the rest). - Left and read signal light stopped working after 8 month. - Engine management management light turned on after 11 month. When I called them they told me they can't do anything and can't control what happens to the car after they sell it. So I guess all these issues are just funny coincidences... The car seemed used but in overall good conditions for such an old vehicle. I took it to a nearby garage to have it checked before making the purchase. It turns out the car has several issues. The valve cover gasket was leaking, as well as the power steering pump and the rack & pinion. I decided to not purchase the car due to the cost of intensive repairs. read more

While Brian, who self-identified as one of the owners, was quick to respond to my questions regarding a used vehicle on their lot. I was told that asking them to drive 3 miles to drop off the vehicle for a pre-purchase inspection was too much; I would have to find a mechanic 2 miles or less away. As I am 2,000 miles away, I don't have the convenience of being able to pick-up and drop-off on my own. This doesn't make much sense unless CIT Motors has some sort of agreement with the closest mechanics to their shop. Buyer Beware if you want to have a vehicle inspected from CIT Motors: demand your right to have the vehicle inspected from an independent shop of your choosing. read more

I bought a car here out of desperation during the chip shortage but I received some of the most uncomfortable service I've experienced. I went with friends who had more experienced buying cars and Brian's switch and bate tactic was on and uncomfortable. The used car I bought needed both the alternator and battery failed. I called to check about warranty and to confront about the quick failure in parts. Surprisingly he offered to send me a partial reimbursement only to text later recanting this offer.
