Burger Republic has been one of our go-to places for so long, but tonight has changed that for us in such a horrible way I had to share our experience. We ordered takeout tonight. 2 burgers and the crab dip. My wife ordered the Hawaiian Burger with meat instead of chicken. When she arrived to pick it up, she asked the manager to confirm it was a burger and not chicken as she is allergic to chicken. The manager assured her that if the receipt said meat, it would have meat and not chicken. My wife drove 20 mins home just to find out the burger had chicken and not meat. So she called back the restaurant and asked if they could make her the order she paid for and thought had picked up. The manager said it would take a minimum of 20 mins or longer because they were so busy and under staffed. My wife then went back to the restaurant and she waited more than 45 mins for a burger to be made. It was ridiculous. And when she asked to be refunded for the burger, would you believe she had to argue why they should refund a burger more than 90 mins after the original order. How could it possibly take almost an hour to make a new burger? They were never really apologetic for their screw-up and seemed to be annoyed that we paid for something that they didn't originally deliver, and then used being too busy and under staffed to fix the problem. Unfortunately, we will never go back! We'll have to find a new highend burger place, one that cares about delivering quality service to their customers and know how to apologize when they screw up. read more

Stopped in for an early dinner. We were seated immediately and had the best server! She was friendly, never let our drinks get below half, and was always checking in on us. Thanks, Tamia! We both ordered a burger and tots (one of us had the truffle tots). Everything came out quickly and as ordered. Burgers were hot and tasty. Tots were good, but not super hot. This is one of our favorite joints to visit because of the ambience and food. But tonight was horrible! It took too long for the waiter to come to the table. He didn't provide menus, we had to ask for them. He brought the wrong kind of beer. He didn't get the answers needed from the kitchen to enable us to make food selections. To top all that off, one of us asked for a burger without the fried onions and he delivered the burger with 4x the amount of onions that are normally on a burger. Ordered takeout ("award winning 96 burger") for lunch today at the Lenox Village location... I tried. But at some point, the term 'medium' was severely misunderstood, and I'd argue it shouldn't have been consumed at all. But since I had already made it all the way back after picking it up, I thought I'd test my ability to stomach it. On an upside, the milkshake wasn't bad. $56 for two burgers, fries, and two shakes. If price is a concern for anyone... there are better bangs for your bucks. Maybe the cook was just having a bad day, idk. My dinner plans changed so I opted to go to Burger Republic. I was immediately seated and my server Skyler stopped by to let me know that she would be right with me. She was very sweet. I ordered a burger (well done & tots) Once my order arrived, I dressed my Burger to my liking and took a bite. My burger was not well done. I motioned for my server and she came over immediately. I showed her my burger and she apologized and took my plate back. She assured me that my food would be out within 5 minutes (and it was!) My burger was made correctly! Everything was HOT & Fresh. I NEVER send my food back to the kitchen, I normally just leave. So I truly appreciate the fact that she made sure that my food was correct. She then stated that she wanted to get my food discounted (in which I didn't mind paying full price, because I ate the food) it was nice that she offered. 2 hour free parking and a clean restaurant (including the restroom) are always a nice perks. read more

YELP! ROU-LETTE!!! Tonight's Yelp Roulette took me to this craft burger place as I met one of my friends that lived nearby. Parking was a bit of an issue. The decor was a modern wooded decor with a bar, tables, and booths. There were 3 TVs hanging on the wall. The Tennessee burger was on my mind but I changed my mind when I saw the special burger was The Green Jacket. Of course that burger is inspired by The Master's as the burger had pimento cheese, fried green tomato, and bacon jam. The burger needed some kind of sauce like I think a white BBQ sauce would have complemented it nicely. Other than that, I enjoyed my burger. The burger came with fries that were all right. I am glad I skipped out on the Tennessee burger. I think would have been disappointed in it. That burger comes with a smoky ketchup. I asked for it to dip my fries in. The smoky ketchup was too thin and more like salsa. Sweet tea was refreshingly sweet! I asked about the milkshakes. They only use vanilla ice cream or it might be soft-servish. The waitress kept saying they mix it in a machine. It meaning that I am questioning real ice cream.. I skipped the shake. Burger Republic has pretty good burgers with premium ingredients. We were looking for a good burger option for a Sunday night. We stumbled upon Burger Republic in Nolensville. We were pleasantly surprised that we could be seated as soon as we arrived. They have a separate bar area from the restaurant. The bar was hoping given the football games on. The burgers were good and service was good as well. Only complaint was that the buns were cold and not warmed and the gluten free bun falls apart compared to the non gluten free. If you don't have an allergy, I wouldn't spend extra $ on gluten free. We were seated immediately by the manager, asked where we were from. I told him we were from California, heading to DC for a Marine Corps reunion. Our waiter Ryan arrived to take our drink order and answered my questions on how the food was fried. He went and ask the Question for me. He took our order, with 10 minutes the food was brought to the table. Ryan came back to the table apologizing for the mistake that the chicken sandwich I had ordered was cooked in Conolla Oil, which I have an allergy to. Walked in at 8 and were awkwardly sat in the module after the hostess attempted a booth at the entrance and the server said the section was closed. 3.5* This place was an alright burger spot. There was a variety of burger options to choose from. The burgers themselves were just alright. The patties on the burgers were pretty bland and dry. Without all the sauce and toppings on the burger it would have had no flavor. First burger was The Tennessee, with all those toppings we expected a burst of flavor and overall it was almost like a regular burger. The second burger was the West Texas which came with an abundance of cheese and a "spicy" west texas sauce that was more on the smoky side with flavor. Overall they were both alright. Fries were crispy and good. Ranch on side salad was house made and had great flavor. We also ordered the Nashville Hot Tots which had delicious seasoning on them. The buffalo sauce on them was a bit too sour for our liking but overall the tots were still great. Ordered 2 shakes, 1 spiked 1 regular. The regular one was a white chocolate strawberry, this shake was exactly what it sounds like. Great combination of flavor. Second we ordered a spiked one: frozen black irish. Could not taste any of the alcohol, it tasted more like a chocolate syrup milkshake. Would recommend getting the non alcoholic ones. The prices here were very affordable. Was one of the best places to go until they lost all the goos help. Prices not worth food, overcooked, wrong many times over. Also, refuse service to people with service animals so anyone with a disability may want to stay clear. Also, forgot to mention we have been in this place over 25 -50 times with the same animal. It's a shame that some misinformed kids are telling me where I cannot eat. I shouldn't complain as many of my friends have faced discrimination in the past that I couldn't comprehend and still don't but I can say I was kicked out for being me. Only reason. Used to be great place. We went about 4:45 on Sunday eve - almost no one there with many employees so you'd think good service. Nope. Had to flag down one of the 7-8 wait staff to help us & take drink order. After that, had to flag them down for food order. Pretty much got nothing right & kept having to remind him. The medium burger was well done & hard & tasteless. No refill on drinks. The service was horrible. Asked what they had for kid drinks & he said I don't know. There were 3 staff standing at desk 6 ft away. We had to say "maybe they know!" He Handed us the milkshakes at the end without telling which ones were which. We had to taste them & switch the wrong ones. Wont go back anytime soon. read more
