This is an authentic New York Pizzeria transplanted to Texas. Great pizza, served by the slice. But go for the stromboli --- exceptional.

My family ordered this pizza tonight but I just didn't think it was that great for NY style. I like my NY style to be cheesy and greasy. I just didn't think it was all that. Eggplant Parmesan was terrible and my grandson ordered chicken fettuccine Alfredo and it was terrible. My husband had the chicken Parmesan after they brought him the wrong food and guess what? Went in for lunch on a Friday and was way impressed. For $5.00 I got 2 slices of pizza (cheese) and a drink. And the pizza was awesome! Love the crust: thin, fresh, Real New York style pizza. we order from here frequently, sometimes dine in and sometimes order to go. Last visit we ordered to go, x-large pepparoni pizza and some garlic knots. Pizza was just as good as always with a perfect crust and the garlic knots were great, will have to order them again. Walked in, order was ready, paid 19 bucks for both and walked out. We have ordered pizza 4-5 times and the pizza has been awesome every time. My husband is from NY and he was so happy when we discovered this place. However, yesterday the pizza was horrible and one of the worst pizzas we have ever eaten. We ordered take out and when we got it home we were so disappointed. We tried to eat one piece but it was so bad, we called and they were glad to send another but claimed it would be the same and it was! The cheese tasted like it wasn't cheese--that maybe it was bad or it was imitation cheese or something...it didn't melt and was watery. We were actually so hungry and they insisted the pizza was good, we went ahead and ate it but felt bad afterward like it didn't agree with our stomach. The Best Pizza Place you had no idea was there. I must have passed this pizza place 100 times on the way to target or Best Buy and have never given it a second thought. Its in a nondescript Plaza set back behind an oil change place, with generic lettering and advertising on the windows. Inside looks like it was decorated using stuff around the owner's home. I've been coming here since we moved to Enchanted Oaks in 2000. My family and I usually have hot wings and a cheese pizza with minced garlic. However, I just recently discovered the Chicken Alfredo pizza and it's hands down, the best thing on their menu. Try it with minced garlic! It's to die for! read more

Tried this for my first time and got the pizza and the mush. I must say the quality of the food and the ingredients they use are definitely a plus for them. The food has very good flavor. Establishment was very clean and we'll cared for. I read the reviews about the customer service and though they were very nice. The waitress knew most of the guests already by name. I have been eating at this location for over 15 years. (I used to eat at the Greenspoint mall location as well.) It is the only place I can get my NY pizza pie fix! The pizza is always hot, fresh and delicious. The calzones are good too. The antipasto salad is yummy and is large enough for 4 good size portions. We have sampled some of the other dishes (manicotti; chicken parmesan) and they are good as well, but it is the pizza and antipasto that keeps me coming back. Service is always fast and friendly and the place is always clean. I am a customer for life! read more

VERYYYY RUDE DONT GO HERE!!!!!!!! We ordered a chicken pizza and supreme pizza. The chicken came out BROWN and not because it was burnt, but because it had gone bad. The supreme pizza was so soggy you couldn't even eat it let alone and pick it up. We asked for ranch and it was chunky and sour, it had gone bad. We usually don't complain because that's not who we are but we had an inedible meal that was over $30. We went up to the counter and we voiced to the lady working there that we were not happy. She made a huge scene to the whole restaurant and didn't once apologize, she was very rude and at this point we were done, we asked for our money back. The customer service at this establishment is horrific. I was treated in a very impatient, rude manner when placing an order for delivery. Upon calling and asking for the owner, to voice my distaste. The owner reluctantly apologized, stating that the questions his employee asked were customary. My call had nothing to do with the questions asked, but everything to do with rude behavior. I will not be coming here again! When I first walked in and was going to place my order, the older lady (maybe in 60's) who was the one taking my order was giving me a weird look. She just had this look like she did not want to help me. Anyways, once I placed my order I was waiting to get the food. Meanwhile I was waiting I kept seeing that exact lady looking at me- mind you I was just waiting on my order. So I looked at the lady right back and gave her a look- like b watch it, I will not tolerate being discriminated! She literally kept looking at me. She was not polite at all, no thank you, or even a smile. I noticed that when the guests who were leaving the restaurants (they were American) that's when she smiled at them and told them thank you for coming etc. Right after those guests left other Hispanic guests left and nothing- she didn't even acknowledge them for shi%@@@! The food is eh OK, it's pizza but the service was horrible. Good family owned and operated business. The service is friendly and courteous. The food is good as well. I've only been in town for close to a year and so far it's the best pizza I have had (closest to NY style also). You may want to ask for extra sauce when ordering a pie, that's the only critique I'd have on their pies but even without that it's still good.
