Frustrated and confused. I saw that this place had great reviews, so decided to try it out, but sadly, our experience did not live up to the hype. We placed our online delivery order at 7:09 and estimated delivery was 7:50 to 8:05. Order was delivered at 8:45, but hey, stuff happens right? Even though we live within 2 miles of the place. Side note:before I ordered, I made sure to give over 20% tip because I worked in the service industry and IYKYK... Ordered two pizzas: 10 inch vegetarian and 12 inch Chicken delight. We RECEIVED a 12 inch vegetarian and a 10 inch Chicken delight. We ordered a 2 liter of root beer. We RECEIVED a 2 liter bottle of Coke. The side of Alfredo we ordered was freezing (like it came out of a freezer) type of freezing. Both pizzas were cold and hard like they had been sitting. Lacking in flavor, tasted like cardboard. I don't understand how this place has so many high ratings--it was NOT good at all! All in all: Spent over 90 dollars to get the wrong pizzas (which didn't taste good anyway) the wrong beverage, freezing cold sauce and it was 40 minutes late. They'd totally make a 5th star if it were a dine-in experience. The time it takes to arrive at home with the pizza changes the texture of the crust slightly. It's not as crispy as it would be if it could be consumed fresh out of the oven rather than sitting in a box for a 15- minute drive home for moisture and condensation inside the box to change the crust. Service is okay even though I ordered on the app and the app told me the pizza was done, whereas when I went into the store, they told me it would be a few more minutes. We were in Houston over the weekend and we were in the mood for pizza. We're originally from Indiana, so we were stoked about the Chicago style pizza! We thought it was a dine-in restaurant, so we were disappointed to find that we would have to take it back to our hotel, so that would be a good thing to notate on their website. The interior reminds me a little of a Chicago pizza house, so they did a nice job with the vibe. We ordered at the counter and ran to HEB for drinks to take back. We ordered the Chicago thin crust with giardiniera peppers, mushrooms and pepperoni. I will say that I wish there would have been a little more of the toppings, but all of the flavors of the toppings, cheese and sauce were excellent. I would definitely recommend trying their pizza if you're missing the Chicago style pizzas! Note-worthy: They sell jarred giardiniera peppers, which are hard to find in Texas. read more

Yes, yes, and yes! Pizza is my favorite food and I try pizza anywhere I visit. This place is definitely number 1 in this area and will be my new go to pizza place. Being from St. Louis, I actually love my pizza cut into squares so it felt right. I've also had Chicago style pizza, like the deep dish kind, and that's not my thing. BUT, the thin crust and double dough had to be given a try since the photos looked delicious. They did not disappoint! And I really highly recommend the double dough. OMG that crust, you can tell it really is made fresh and it's just so good. It is a small spot so I'd recommend ordering beforehand for carry out. We ordered ahead, it was ready in 20 minutes, and we were handed our food as soon as we got there. Please be careful driving in and out of the place because that road out front is always busy and crazy. We tried Rosati's because we wanted to try their Chicago style deep dish and also their regular pizzas. The storefront is new and seems small, however the ingredients and value for what you get is astounding. I don't think I've tasted that fresh of a pizza sauce in quite some time. We ordered the Chicago deep dish cheese pizza, the pepperoni Standard Pizza and a ham and pineapple pizza with white sauce. The pizzas were made quick, on time, fresh and for only about $25 per Pizza. The Chicago deep dish cheese pizza had a good firm crust, generous a amount if fresh cheese and fresh tomato sauce that wasn't salty or overspiced. The pizza tasted like something you'd find at a fine Italian restaurant. The pepperoni pizza was really good, the meat was fresh and the cheese was generous without too much pizza sauce. The ham and pineapple was really good because you could tell they use quality Canadian bacon as well as all the rest of the ingredients. The standard pizzas came with a perfectly thick crust, not too thin and not too thick. All of the pizzas were spiced correctly and not salty and did not taste processed. *My only recommendation with the standard pizzas is that you request that they be cut pie cut slices because they come with a standard Criss-Cross cut, meaning you get pieces with just crossed and then you have pizzas without any crust. The staff was friendly, the the pickup area was kept clean and sanitary. There is no dining room as these are strictly take out pizzas. Rosati's gets too BIG thumbs up and earns their five stars! They're Chicago deep dish and standard pizzas are worth every dollar animal and will satisfy the hungriest of customers! We have been coming to Conroe Rosati's for the past year for pizza and beef sandwiches. Ordered Beef's and Strombolini and very disappointed. The quality of the beef was fatty and tough. The Stromboli look nothing like the picture on the menu and were flattened like a panini or the dough did not cook right. We are from Chicago and know Rosati's well. Hoping this is was just an inexperienced cook. Please make it like Chicago does. Someone dropped the ball on our last order. Why 5 stars? Because we now have a go-to for Chicago Pizza. --- --- --- Something missing from the area was a Chicago pizza spot, so when we saw the signage for Rosati's going up, we were really excited to watch its progress. Unfortunately, the speed of this progress was about as slow as humanly imaginable. That's not the fault of Rosati's, it's just how these things always go. But now that it's open, we were happy to visit and Rosati's was happy to fill our bellies. Perusing the menu ahead of time, we noticed that they served both Chicago Deep Dish and Stuffed Pizza. I've seen this type of pizza called by both names, depending on where you visit, so I really wasn't sure which one would be more up our alley. So I did what I always do in these situations: order both. It turns out, both are great. I would choose Chicago Deep Dish over Stuffed Pizza in the future, only because there's a just a tad bit too much dough in the stuffed pizza, and when I'm eating the mountain of food that is these kinds of pizza, I'd rather save my stomach room for bites that aren't 92-100% dough. But again, both of these are great - you can't go wrong. If you've never had this kind of pizza, it's kind of like a hybrid of pizza and lasagna. Calling this and New York style pizza the same thing is like calling a Pomeranian and a Bull Mastiff both dogs. It's technically true, but they are nothing alike. I've had underwhelming Chicago pizza at other places (sadly, many times in actual Chicago), but this is not one of those places. This ranks pretty high on my all-time list and it's only about 15 minutes from the house. It was worth the wait! Oh, and bonus: the cheesecake and tiramisu were both awesome! Ordered thin crust pizza and Italian beef (dipped and giardiniera peppers). I'm from Chicago and this is the closest place I've found to Chicago pizza and Italian beef. To be fair, I have not tried the deep dish but the thin crust was very good. The sausage was seasoned correctly and the crust was excellent. The Italian beef flavor was good and the peppers were right but the bread was a little soft and fell apart (to be fair, there was about 20 minutes from when I picked it up until I ate). This establishment is a take out joint, so the basis of its success is entirely the ability to have a high quality custom made product ready on time. No waitstaff. No tables. No problem. We ordered double crust pepperoni and thin crust 4 item (Hawaiian) pie. Both were ready ON TIME! Pepper flakes and Parmesan added at no cost. The thin crust was not up to the task, and was pretty soggy after a very short trip home, but I must confess I attacked it voraciously with a fork, consuming so much of its 16 inches that sampling the other pie was impossible. Plan your trip accordingly *The area is in the process of construction so parking is limited and drive-thru lines block certain spaces. Pro tip- avoid spaces that are more likely to eventually be blocked in by the drive thru line *The menu is build your own style for the most part so take a peek online before you order, and call in your order if possible *Our line wait was about 15 minutes, maybe 6 families ahead of us, no one knew the menu, which will likely be the trend for awhile since they're the new kid on the block *If you order the Chicago style pizza expect a wait (it takes time to cook and every pizza has custom toppings) *The Chicago pizza will call you out for missing arm day...it definitely has some weight to it! *For us it was about a 30 minute drive in. Our pizza remained warm but the onion rings and cinnamon sticks did not (although all three were delicious). Now to the food itself: The Chicago pizza has a doughy, buttery crust that serves as dinner roll in itself. We chose chicken, basil, onion, and ricotta as toppings and they were plentiful and evenly spread. The onion rings are delicious! Well seasoned and perfectly crispy, they come with a side of ranch. Our first of many experiences at Rosati's. We had tried to order since the grand opening but couldn't get thru. The second day we finally got thru and found out they had been having trouble with phones and internet. So once past that we ordered a 14" deep dish monster, garlic bread, a Rosati's Cheef with giardiniera and a side salad. Everything was great, took the sub for lunch the next day and even reheated was excellent so I know the fresh ones are even better. The pizza was perfect, not too soupy as you know some get and loads of toppings. Great crust with just the right chew. The salad was loaded nicely for just being a side salad and a good size. I give it a 3 and my husband gives it a 5. I found the pizza crust to have a cardboard texture/flavor. Perhaps they used too much flour? Either way, that killed the experience for some. The sauce and cheese were a beautiful combination and tasted amazing. At least they got that right. I ordered an Italian salad, comparable in size to a Chick-Fil-A salad, and they charged $13 for that. I get it, cold meats are expensive, but it doesn't justify the price. We shared a cheesecake and while the filling was just on point delicious, the crust was thick, dry, and flavorless. If you've never been, this is an order ahead of time venue. Like a little Caesar's/Dominoes setting. They do have a drive thru. There is a waiting area, but it is not dine-in.
