Ordered my food online and it was ready in the time I was given. The service was professional and welcoming and they got me my food in a timely manner. Restaurant was a little dark but well maintained. I have tried the chicken parmesan pasta and supreme pizza. I enjoyed the pastas more. They come with bread and a salad. They are out in containers that you can reheat in the oven which i appreciated. The pizza was alright nothing special the crust was a little greasy and couldn't support toppings so pizza fell apart in some parts. If you're staying at the hotel and don't want to travel far this is a solid place for pizza. read more

This is a small place that's next to the Holiday inn Express. When I entered I found it interesting that there was a Bible study class going on in one side of the restaurant. Once I sat down, the young lady who waited on me, I did not get her name, was cheerful and attentive. Food was just okay. Busy place at noon with construction workers and others working nearby plus passerby coming off I-81 for a quick meal. The pizza is a bit expensive and just fair. The crust tastes like pre-made, previously frozen, foid supplier company quality. It's almost cardboard like, dry, firm. The sauce is nothing special, just okay. Not seemingly homemade but mire likely canned food supplier grade. The topping beyond cheese stary at $2 each and go up according to the pizza size. For a veggie pizza it can get expensive and of course, not having cheese on the pizza doesn't get traded for a veggie or result in a credit of $2 or even just a $1 While they give a decent amount of veggies, they severely skimp on the anchovy. I got 1 anchovy slice on the entire pizza and it was cut in half so it could be placed on 2 of the 8 pizza slices. Wow! $2 for ONE anchovy slice! I asked for at least some more and I received 3 more slices, all cut in half, see pic. I do not recommend this establishment. There are far better in nearby Chambersburg, Hagerstown and Frederick. read more

Nice menu of a variety of Italian specialties ( calzones, strombolis), pasta, pizza, salads, wraps, burgers, subs etc. Staff was friendly, prices reasonable. Went there yesterday for lunch and had the spaghetti with sausage it was very good. I asked for some meatballs to be added but I didn't care much for the meatballs. That's just me not saying they aren't good. They are known for the pizza but I was in the mood for spaghetti and was not disappointed. Normally this location is fantastic. Once in a while they make little mistakes but over all great food. Tonight I order the chicken parm. When it arrived no chicken in it. Garlic bread was half the size I used to get and the portion was definitely smaller. Of course the price was the same. Don't get me wrong I enjoy this restaurant and order delivery once to twice a week. But if the portions are going to get smaller it might be worth my time to just drive to different places to get my food. For the moment I'll keep ordering delivery from them. I did call them and they offered me credit or chicken. I'll add more once they bring me my remedy. So took 25 minutes and while they did not replace the entire meal I had to reheat the spaghetti and sauce they did send the chicken with sauce and parm cheese on it. So they somewhat redeemed themselves. I will continue to order and see what's going to come of it. I do recommend them very highly. Btw. Special shout out to all their delivery folks. No longer family-friendly if you have more than 6 people even though moving a table extends social distancing! It's unfortunate the PA RULES HURT businesses but they also need to learn common sense and how to manage. We went 3 miles away ate as a family at another establishment who now has our business. Not trying to throw shade at this place, but my girlfriend and I went out to eat here earlier today for a late lunch (3pm) and all I can say is that I will not ever be going back. She ordered a cheese quesadilla and I ordered 2 slices of pepperoni pizza with a side of French fries... not a difficult order right? Well 10 minutes after ordering our food came. Her "Cheese quesadilla" was a chicken and cheese quesadilla, my pepperoni pizza slices were cheese pizza without the one topping I asked for and I never received the fries :( . We both said that it was fine, accepting what we got and not throwing a fit over it. About 3 minutes after our food was set onto our table a COCKROACH decided he wanted it more. I ordered stuffed shells with meat sauce for pick up on a busy Friday night. When I got there the place was packed but my food was ready to go. When I got home and sat down to eat the stuffed shells were amazing. Very nice portion, nice and hot, and they didn't forget my meat sauce. Oh BROTHER is this place good! Ok that was cheesy which is exactly how their pizza is made ~ SUPER cheesy and delicious. It's a Friday night favorite along with their cheese steak subs and their hot wings. They are prepared perfect and timely whether ordering take out or dining in. I have also enjoyed several of their wraps which are excellent, stuffed with quality deli meats and produce and then grilled lightly. Yummo! They are in the process of remodeling a bit and so far I like it! Fresh lighter paint and a single colored ceiling is a great improvement! They also serve a great breakfast at a price you CAN NOT find anywhere else! Husband and I had two eggs, homestyle potatoes and toast along with a fresh fruit garnish and we walked out spending $4.22. Can you believe it?!?!?!? Delicious, however breakfast service can be a bit slow but its steadily improving in pace. How hard is it? *** Small order of honey bbq wings w/ blue cheese AND a small cheese steak w/lettuce &mayo*** Instead, we received wings that were NOT honey bbq, but they were definitely drenched in hot sauce....(possibly 2x the hot sauce) with ranch dressing versus the blue cheese that I requested... and a cheese steak with lettuce and onion versus the cheese steak. read more

I started out loving this place, but over time I started to dislike this place. The food qualify is OK, average at best. The service is where this place falls short. Most of the staff are not very friendly...specially the delivery drivers. I got a delivery one time and they forgot my coke. No big deal though right? It happens. When the driver finally got back with it HE WOULDN'T EVEN GET OUT OF HIS CAR TO GIVE IT TO ME! The other staff treat you with the same gruffness. Everything I've every ordered from Brothers is always good. I would have given a higher rating but every single time I've ordered (at least 2 dozen or more) they have messed up something OR it's a higher price than the web/menu states. They always say "we haven't updated our menu/website". Ok but it's been like years now and updating the website at least is cheap. Feels a bit misleading. Also, they always seem to leave off a topping, or leave on a topping we want removed. Like I said food is great but they really need to pay attention more. The biggest complaint I have is the stupid video game machines they have in the restaurant! the machines are full volume and you really can't even have a conversation with kids playing them. I have eaten at Brother's Pizza multiple times. This last time the food was good, but I found a green spot on my sour cream. Ask server if it was mold? Our server did not come back, but another server came back and said "it's ok, the spot is a chive". Not the answer I was expecting. Our server never can back to the table after that! Food is great! Service takes long. Last three times I had to wait on what seemed like the only server who spent most of his time with people who came in that he knew. There were three other people behind the counter who just stood around and talked and did not help the server with his work load. I love the food, but annoyed at the service.
