In hindsight, driving through Hardee's for a roast beef sandwich would have been far cheaper ($7) with more healthful better food and at least some protein to offset all the carbs. I informed Honda Service Rep as he recommended Pizza Hut. He was very surprised to hear I couldn't order menu items. Just moved back to the area; won't make mistake of going to Pizza Hut Greencastle again.

Upon returning to the counter, I was approached by a staff member (who I later learned was the manager) who made a disparaging remark about my cup not being from their store. When I went to check out, he directed the cashier to void my transaction and charge me a higher price for the refill, apparently because he disapproved of the cup's brand. Setting aside the fact that this cost me less than a dollar, what stood out was the way it was handled. Rather than addressing the situation professionally or discreetly, the manager chose to make a snide comment and then use his position to override a routine transaction. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and unwelcoming, and it reflects poorly on the store's management. I won't be returning to this location. It's disappointing that a matter of fifty to seventy-five cents was treated as an opportunity to embarrass a customer rather than simply process a routine refill. I'd encourage corporate to look into how this manager interacts with customers, as this is not the kind of experience that should represent the brand.

I ended up coming through this area a few times and with this Sheetz visit, I think I completed the few that were in this area. I usually need to stop part way on my way home to use the facilities or get fuel. For today's visit I needed the facilities and maybe some food (I hadn't eaten at that point). This is as near to a brand new store as you can get. The lot is huge, on a corner at a busy intersection. Along with a large lot, the store is large as well. Inside, it has that truck stop feel that some of the newer locations has. Big, bright, nice sized seating area. I went in and tapped the screen to place my order. While it is being prepared I make my way to the facilities. The facilities were immaculate, which were a bit of a surprise given how busy the store was. The food was as I expected, and missed. I made sure to get enough to enjoy on my ride and then for when I got to my destination. But before I left the lot, I took a few minutes to enjoy the night air. I putzed around outside for a few minutes and took in a phone call before jumping back into the car to head the rest of the way home.

Line moved quickly, and I was on my way over to wait for my food. Food was a bit off. I really am upset that they removed tots from their menu. First it was the onion rings, then my fallback was the tots. With that gone, it really has made me (and I am sure many other people out there) cut back on my dependency on Sheetz. Take away my tots, I lost interest.

Hey,ex employee here, just want everyone to read this to know the manager (Saul Coca) is a pedophile who has hit on me (16 as of this post,I was employed from being 14-15) aswell as hit on another 2 MALE employees who were also underage, he and the sub table guy (Luis Tress) to this day flirt with the still employed female cashier/waitresses. Luis tress had just recently been released for charges such as domestic abuse. All the staff in the kitchen aswell as Saul Coca have offered me and other minors alcohol on several occasions. On a separate note the kitchen and behind the counter environment is extremely unclean and not up to code. The food has gone very downhill in quality and one of the kitchen smokes marijuana in his car from time to time so you'll also be getting a side on that residue in your food read more

The manager, Jesse, is an almost 30-year-old woman who I have seen drinking and driving when delivering customers food. Not only is she an irresponsible worker, but she cusses at her underage cashiers and has already been the reason multiple of them have quit. She is constantly in underage teenage girls' drama and lets it get in the way of her scheduling and how she treats the workers. Let me remind you these girls are still in high school and she is almost 30. She is immature and unprofessional and treats minors in a way no adult should ever treat a minor, ESPECIALLY as a manager. read more

Instead I was disappointed by the slices having added melted "mozzarella" on the slices. I didn't ask for or want extra cheese. I just wanted a couple of slices of normal cheese pizza with some veggies added on top. I refused the "heart attack waiting to happen" pizza slices. They were replaced by two slices the way I asked for them - cheese slices with veggies, not extra cheese. The server told me they "always add a little extra cheese on the top." But no where is that stated on the menu or when ordering. I also ordered 2 meatballs with sauce, an antipasto salad and the garlic bread it came with, but with just red wine vinegar, not any of the oil based vinaigrette, ranch, etc. dressings they offer. What I got was garlic bread and sliced meatballs in sauce, covered with guess what? "Mozzarella" cheese I didn't ask for and is not stated on the menu. The garlic bread was an oily mess because the cheese melted into its oily state and the only garlic they use is in the bitter I was told. No actual garlic on the bread was visible or tasted. The meatballs were sliced and covered with the gobs of melted mozzarella cheese too. What's with the fascination with adding cheese to melt on everything? The "mozzarella" cheese has no distinguishable taste, nor does the provolone in the antipasto. Possibly lower cost from the supplier so lower quality results. Have these folks heard some people prefer living life a bit more by watching calories and fat intake? We can actually do that by limiting the intake of bad stuff but still enjoy all types of food in moderation. I gave 2 stars because the pizza and antipasto are good or okay and the server was nice as well. But the fascination with melted cheese on everything and not saying it on the menu or checking with the customer first is not only unhealthy for people but wasteful and unwise when customers either return the food for replacement or simply eat it and never come back. I'm mostly vegetarian (technically a flexitarian) and enjoy Italian food which fits into that food lifestyle.
