Last time here. We live right around the corner, so hubby likes the convenience. After numerous messed up orders, I decided to cal and complain. The girl who answered was super rude and kept saying in the background" I don't know what they want, not my problem" Mark (Marc?) got on the phone, I proceeded to tell him that my Buffalo chicken dinner came as a chicken wing dinner. I let him know that the last few orders we have placed have been messed up. His response? "That's your people, not mine. Your people should speak more clearly, my people get it right". "Next time ask to speak to mark, and have your people speak more clear" Yikes. A cheese pizza and buffalo chic dinner isn't a complicated order, yet you consistently get it wrong. The hubs and I order pizza here when we want pizza that isn't dominos. It's usually pretty good. The pizza is always very greasy including the bottom of the crust. The staff is usually very nice and assist you when you walk in. I would best describe the pizza as good, but not great. Take the reviews talking about their delivery time seriously. I ordered 2 cheese pizzas last night and it took 2 hours, to the minute, for them to be delivered. When the pizza arrived it was, to be generous, luke warm at best. It definitely wasn't cold but it also wan't as hot as I'd expect from a place ten minutes away. That said, the sauce on the pizza was pretty good and it was not bad when I reheated it today. Perhaps the experience, and timeliness, is better for pick up or in-store dining but I'd say that as a delivery option you should give them a hard pass. My husband and I love Brother's Pizza. We usually make it a date when we do laundry...throw everything in the machine, walk next door for a large cheese pizza and curly fries and watch whatever game is on. Service is very friendly and Mark is great! You're always greeted as soon as you walk in the door and treated like a friend. If you're a regular, they will know you by name and usually know what you want. Subs and calzones are good too. Wouldn't recommend the pasta though, unfortunately, that's the one bad thing here, in my opinion. Tried it a few times and it just didn't taste right: might be frozen but I'm not sure. read more

"BRADA's PIZZA" -- Anyone who goes there on a regular basis knows the classic phone answering with this accent. I live next door in Stow and I have been going here for YEARS, they are always open to suggestions to improve anything and their CALZONES, or as my friends call them ZAs, are the best around. I introduced Brother's to them a couple years ago along with these calzones and we have a tradition every since to involve a CHALLENGE to eat a whole large calzone and a slushie from next door. Food is so good but the customer service is terrible. I've ordered here 3 times in the last year. Every single time, delivery has taken over an hour (it's a ten minute drive to my house, if that) and they've forgotten something. They always offer to bring the forgotten item but it always takes an hour and a half to get it back. So one person gets left out and has to watch everyone else eat for an hour and a half before they get their food. And if you call to follow up (since it's now been 2.5 hours since the order and we're still missing food), they cop an attitude and literally say "what do you expect me to do about it". When they FINALLY bring the rest of my food, the driver offers to give me his TIP back. Like no man, the owner should be comping me a pizza or something not your tip. Horrible ownership which is a shame because the food is delicious. Needs new management asap. read more

Most of the food is decent, but you will definitely find the greasiest pizza in all of town! (Not a good thing). The subs and wraps I have had are good along with the wings. The service on the other hand, almost always horrible. On more than 1 occasion I've placed an order for pickup and it takes an extra 15 minutes longer than they side or they can't find the order. I've literaly been at the counter once and they tried to give my order to someone else. Been going here since I was a child for over 25 years. After my last experience of 'losing' another order, they have lost a customer. They need to work on their ordering system, customer service skills, and friendliness. We ordered 2 tuna clubs both came with extra extra crispy (black) bacon, burnt toast and the french fries tasted like they had been refried!! Everything was horrible. One person in my party ordered the Buffalo chicken with French fries. The french fries also tasted like they had been refried from the night before. I was so excited to try this place out! It has really good reviews and we are new to the area. When placing my order the lady was rude. Which is fine. You may be busy cool. When I tried changing a size of an item she ignored it and hastily went to what's my address. Telling her my address (which is 3 miles away from them) she rudely said we don't deliver there. Like I get it but I'm literally 3 miles from you. Lost my service immediately. I've worked in the food industry for years. I've dealt with assholes for years. A REALLY difficult order as we all know... The broccoli bites were nuked...The blackened cheese was really enticing. What's amazing...They were over cooked, but by the time I got them, they were cold. The turkey club, came with cold fries, the (cold) bacon had a nice glaze of white grease... atleast I hope it was grease. I only took 1 bite before throwing it out. Brothers has been the same for as long as I can remember; and I've yet to find anything like it in the last 15+ years I've spent in two major cities. In one way it is your typical sub shop that does everything well; They have great antipasto salads, the usual suspect list of sub options and excellent Greek-style (though it's really Lebanese) pizza. But the reason I drive 1 and 1/2 hours every couple of months to get food here is the Syrian bread, baked fresh per your order. ORDER YOUR SUB ON SYRIAN BREAD! - you won't regret it. Three words..Buffalo chicken calzone. Order it, and you'll understand why brothers is the best. My boyfriend introduced me to the calzone when we first started dating, and now it's become a necessity. I've never been more happy putting that greasy thaaang into my stomach.
