Light and perfectly leavened, perfectly baked. I ate all my crust, which I never do. The cheese pizza was just right, clearly thin crust, but great texture and flavor all across the board. I was told it would take a half hour, but I like my pizza hot and fresh out of the oven, so I went after 15 minutes to try and catch the pizza just as it was coming out the oven, but it was already out--but still somewhere between warm and hot. No complaints. Reading other reviews, I can't speak to anything else, but highly recommend their whole pizzas.
