This is the 2nd time in *less* than 3 weeks of finding hair in my food. The owner did apologize the 1st time but at this point a Corrective measure needs to be taken due to the frequency of this issue. Possibly a hair net ? Men and women, who ever is cooking. The little old man behind the counter who rings people up doesn't call out orders when they come up, he puts them in the warmer. That's where we watched our order go 15 minutes before we realized, and when we said something, he tried to say "it just came out". Oh and not to mention the lazy bald guy in the purple shirt who isn't helping anyone do anything because he's too busy drinking his coffee. The portions are a little smaller than you might expect for the price, but it makes sense for premium product.
