Came here this evening because my son plays travel baseball and we wanted something to eat before the game. We weren't familiar with the area but this restaurant was very close to the field so we decided to give it a try. The place was packed so that's always a good sign. Unfortunately the food was not good and it took a long time to come out. I ordered the eggplant parm and it was terrible. Eggplant was soooo soggy! My son got chicken fingers and fries and the fries were almost burnt. Our waitress looked extremely stressed out and overworked. read more

I've been here twice. 1st time I ordered the chicken gyro which was very tasty and came out in a timely manner. The next time I ordered a veggie pizza which was also tasty. Nothing was amazing, but it was still very good and I'd definitely go back for more pizza. Servers were very nice and food was out in a reasonable amount of time. 5 stars would require the BEST meal I've ever had, perfect customer service and cleanliness. Really unique and delicious pizza. The Greek salads are excellent too. The pizza has a thin crunchy crust that I always eat (and I generally hate pizza crust. For years ordering the same: Large Pizza w chicken , bacon and broccoli and ALWAYS good and different than pizza from other places. Greek pizza, nice crust and all inner parts tasty. Call in your order, because they do take their time, but they tell you on the phone. Been there many times and mostly for takeout pizza. Unfortunately prices are rising like everywhere. But then their large pizza is good for two with leftovers for the next day. The few times I had table service were okay. What prevents me from staying for table service is actually the non ambience of the place. They certainly don't care about that and any interior restaurant designer trying to create well feeling and atmosphere would probably have a heartattack looking at their set up. Place was busier on Friday nights before COVID with mostly a senior crowd. It is what it is and if you just pick up your pizza you should be okay. read more

Horrible service and mediocre food My husband and I had been trying out different pizza places and decided to order take out from ABC. They don't deliver so I had to go pick it up. When they gave me the order of pizza, appetizers, and a dinner it was wrong. He said he would make me the correct dinner. I say down to wait and he left all my other food on the counter to get cold. 20 minutes later my correct dinner was ready. After I paid the bill (which was ridiculously expensive) I asked for extra blue cheese for my wings. The guy said it was 25 cents. I don't mind paying for extra items but after waiting so long because of their mistake and my food getting cold on the counter I couldn't believe they wouldn't just give me a 25 cent cup of blue cheese. On top of l of this the pizza wasn't even that good. And beware that it's cut in squares like in the Midwest, it's not normal NY slices. read more

Great local restaurant for families, couples, friends, or groups. They've been in business for at least 20 years. I remember going here back as far as the early 1990s when they were in the plaza of what is now Destinta Theater. They have small booths in the front, a nicer dining area off to the side, and a large dining area in the back for group events. Their pizza is well known for their sauce, thin crust and square slices. They also have a full Italian restaurant which a large selection of food on the menu, as well as a variety of delicious deserts. The prices are very reasonable and the service has always been great for the 20+ years I've been eating here. I have been a customer of ABC pizza for my entire life and this has always been my most favorite pizza in the area. The pizza is unique, it's not your typical "New York style" pizza. If you're looking for traditional New York pizza- go to the hundreds of alternatives in the area. Abc stands out as my favorite for a number of reasons... 1. I lived in Brooklyn and NYC for about 7 years and of all the pizza I have ever had in my life there is nothing that tastes like this pizza. The sauce has a special zest and he crust has the most neutral flavor but just enough sweetness that it acts as a perfect compliment to the sauce. 2. The crust is crunchy on the outside and very soft and fluffy on the inside like a good bastone bread. 3. The pizza is not cut in triangles- it's cut in squares and rectangles and is the most fun to eat! I always ask for my pizza to be crispy- this makes the crust and cheese a little more crisp and delicious. This place is Greek- I am told that this is normal for Greek pizza- but I never had Greek pizza anywhere else- so I am not sure. Anyway, don't come here if you're looking for something traditional- it has been open longer than my 32 years of life and that says a lot a lot- considering how many places come and go around here. Don't waste your time. Might have been better if we ordered the pizza but we won't be back. Started off getting only two menus for our party of 4. Yes, two of us were kids (5 & 9) but they can read a menu and order for themselves. Then we were brought the wrong app. Server didn't come back so that we could tell her til she was bringing our entrees which were seriously overpriced. I got the half Grilled Chicken Caesar salad, which I could've gotten a larger portion for a lesser price at a fast food chain. But, I like to support local business, hence this debacle. Chicken appeared to have been microwaved too long, definitely not fresh off the grill but there was plenty of dressing so I dug in only to be left with sand in my mouth after finally choking it down. One kiddo had the spaghetti and meatballs, more like meatball, singular. He wasn't interested in finishing and after I took a bite I could understand why. Other kiddo had the chicken nuggets and fries, tough to mess up frozen nuggets and fries but they were a huge portion, think we counted 15 nuggets so luckily our Mister meatball was able to share the slightly frostbitten chicken. Drench it in enough ketchup, they don't notice anyway. Hub had one of they totally lackluster sandwiches. At least the bread and butter were good and when we finally got our app, the fried trio was tasty even if there were only 3 mozz sticks. Going to have to get a snack while running errands, leaving most unsatisfied. read more

I would love to give this place 5 stars. My son and I come here all the time . The linguini with white clam sauce is made fresh to order and is amazing ! However , I chose to come here on my lunch break for a soup and sandwich and right away when I walked I could feel the tension from the waitress . I'm not sure if she was having a bad day but I, THE CUSTOMER, had to greet her instead of her greeting me with a happy smile . I asked for a menu and she practically threw it at me . She was thin, older, with shoulder length black puffy hair . I told her I was on a strict diet due to stomach issues and she got frustrated with me when I asked a question about the lunch specials . I almost walked right out . I then asked if I could substitute French fries for salad and was told no . I offered to pay extra and I didn't care how much extra I had to pay. Instead of telling me she would see what she could do, by talking to the owner , she almost sent me on my way out the door by not being accommodating to her customers ! This is SO BAD for business ! I think the food itself is excellent but boy oh boy do the owners need to re evaluate who they have running their floor . I can't say I will come back anymore , and I'm very sorry. read more

Most recent experiences at establishment wasn't happy customer. Prices unreasonable and takeout menus had many items but with no prices on items!! Made it very difficult to decide on what to order without any prices listed on menus to make a quick & make able choices. Food wasn't great and not getting money's worth for high prices quality shabby. Waited very long time just to place an orders and waited a very long time on orders to be prepared. Staff cook she gave me nasty looks & shouted nasty comments questioning why was I there and what I was doing at restaurant. Despite there nastiness & disgraceful actions I wanted to unload on her rudeness but held back did get my order of wings & pizza which cost me about $48 for pizza & 2 orders of wings & left establishment vowed to no longer & refuse to do business with Abc pizza joint. Food is terrible & they charge way too much & no prices on menus. Horrific experiences! read more

By far the worst experience I've had eating out in my life. Went for lunch and immediately was given an attitude by the server. Had to be the rudest waitress I've ever had throughout the course if the time I was there. Ordered a pizza and a pitcher of soda. Never received the soda and finally after 10 minutes had to get up and grab a bottle from the refrigerator. Was told it was because she was busy preparing for a larger party coming in later on. Aside from that the pizza tasted like it had come off of a buffet line. Me and my father could not eat more than 1 slice each out if 8. Normally that would be no problem but it was that bad. I've been in this business for over 10 years and have never gone without tipping someone, but on this occasion I was happy to smile in her face when she saw a $0 in that slot. I will never in my life step foot in this establishment again because of how terrible your service was. 1 star is doing this restaurant a great service read more
