Ordered takeout on my first visit. When I called over the phone, simply say your order. They do not ask for your name, which could make life difficult if your memory isn't great. I settled with the BBQ Chicken Wrap, which was favorable and not too messy. It also comes with french fries. You can add bacon to the wrap and even a burger for an extra $. The waitress who served us was so incredibly kind. However, the food is just bad. Pasta was mushy and overcooked, veal was dry and bland, the sauce gave me instant heartburn. Pizza was ok, not great. It looks like it hasn't been renovated since the 80s but I'm guessing nostalgia is what people here are looking to buy. What is it with this place? As soon as you walk in the gentleman behind the counter is VERY stand offish. Then as we order we look over and see a picture on the wall that a child must have drew, it has a family, and underneath one of the people is clearly labeled as "Mexican". Why would you have that hanging up? We get the pizza, and well, nothing to separate them from any other pizza place. Regardless, I'll take my business elsewhere. Ordered a spaghetti & meatballs - was too small like kid sized (price was $9). He said he brought breadsticks - there were none. The spaghetti was encased in too much (baked) cheese. The round aluminum container was not filled up to the top. There was no plastic fork in the pizza box. I did get many packets of grated cheese which I did not need. The delivery took about 30 to 45 mins to come. After I ate it I was still hungry. The meatballs were overcooked & dry. They were not really meatballs but meat slices. Very unimpressive. read more

I went I. In a Sunday at about 4:15 pm. I ordered a chicken roll and I root beer. The root beer was good but the cup was filled to the rim with ice and it was $2.59 for a medium soda. Probably about 10 or 12 ounces of liquid. The chicken roll was mozzarella cheese with about 4 small cubes of chicken. And the cheese is nothing to write home about. Very chewy and bland. The sauce was ok, again nothing to write home about. The two men working there seemed to be focused on the game on television. A few people came into the dining room when I was there and it seemed that they were a little annoyed to have to deal with them. To be fair, it was a Sunday afternoon, very very slow and maybe they were just chilling during the slow part of the day but the food was not great. read more

My favorites are the lasagna slice and the sausage/peppers/onion slice. Big slices. The decor and service are average, but if I'm just getting a slice of pizza, I really don't care about that. Went recently and walked in restaurant during raging pandemic to find no employees wearing masks and the TV pointed toward the customers was tuned to Newsmax which, if you're not aware, is that crazy network that spreads Trump's lies as if they were true. They could also at least TRY to be pleasant to their customers. They act like they are doing you a favor by letting you give them your money. Quality service start to Finnish Tonight my wife and I had the best dining experience that we have had in the past year. In the mood for good Italian we tried Goodfellas for diner.The entrée's were pipping hot.Generous portions. I had the home made Lasagna with a side of sausage ,my wife had tortellini Alfredo ,Jessica offered broccoli or chicken added , we said yes. Both chicken and broccoli added and it was fantastic. WOW, am I the only one who has experienced a decline in customer service and quality of food at Goodfellas in Red Oaks Mills? I spoke with an owner this evening about my concerns. He was there when I picked up my order. How can an owner let food be served to customers without managing the quality of the product? It wasn't busy in the restaurant. In fact the owner was sitting on the prep table just behind the pizza case. I ordered a meatball parm. I ate a few bites and realized there was no sauce. I didn't finish it. An hour later my stomach is sick. I throw up. The cavalier argumentative attitude of the owner, once I have expressed my concerns and sickness has this 20+ year customer looking elsewhere to satisfy my Italian cravings.
