This is my go-to pizza place. I get great service each and every time. Even delivery drivers do a great job. They are right downtown so the parking is tight right in front of the store on the street but there is a back lot if you need it. I'm going to try to mix it up and eat at other pizza places in the town but I know I'm going to get a good pie and good service here so it's nice to have a consistent place for all of that. NEVER AGAIN!!! Ordered at counter for take-out. When our order was ready, we and the very nice young man who took our order noted right away that the kitchen made a mistake on the pizza. He offered to remake it, but we had our kids waiting at the house and were unable to wait another 20-25 minutes. The young man apologized and said the mistake was his fault. He asked us to give him a moment to check with the kitchen... and that's when the owner came out literally ready to fight! The owner grabbed our pizza off the counter, wildly swinging it around while yelling that he was throwing it in the garbage and making a new one. The young man looked horrified and tried to explain to him why we were unable to wait. The owner then angrily pushed his employee aside, rang up our items on the cash register, processed our credit card, and then began yelling at us to "get out" of his store! In my opinion it's the best pizza in the West Point / Highland Falls area. The New York style, and Sicilian are delicious. It's prepared with fresh quality ingredients. The hot wings are awesome! I feel they don't always give you enough of the sauce. So, I always ask for extra. The people are always friendly. It's fairly small, but you can sit down and get a view of small town Main Street. We were celebrating a graduation at West Point. There were about seven people and the order was fairly simple. We ordered two different pizzas with different toppings and a couple of sandwiches and some beverages. One person ordered nothing and I told the man at the counter that. When the food was delivered, he walked over to the person that was having nothing and delivered a plate marked accordingly. So this is a very small pizza/Italian food place in the middle of a very small town. Your options (if you want pizza) are few in the area. The service was okay. The quality of the food was okay. It was a warm day and it was hot inside while we were eating. I was sweating. Overall - I probably would not come here again - unless I happen to be in the area of West Point for another graduation - which should happen in four more years. read more

Basically pre made cheese pizza (cooked earlier in the day or day before) with ingredients thrown on and rolled through the oven. NO SAUCE! WTF!? One of our pies was wrong and and none of them were truly 16" FAIL!! With so few choices in Highland Falls this turd hole has a captive audience so they get away with it. Ordered a pretty big delivery order today while breaking from our AT hike. The food was good, although a bit pricey on some select items (salad) for what you get. Some items are great with good portions (Philly cheese steak). One problem was we ordered one of each of the cheesecakes. They looked oddly similar and we're not marked. A thorough taste test was needed to decipher them. Both were alright in the end but I don't think they claim this as their specialty ;) the fire fingers are good but keep in mind they are a mildly spicy dry rub, not a sauce. This is a terrible pizzeria. We ordered. Pizza, chicken arm sandwich and the meatballs. At best the pizza was mediocre the chicken arm was bad but the worst were the meatballs. The pizza is good but the customer service is lacking. If you order delivery, they will make you walk to meet them when there is no reason not to drive to your location. They inexplicably refused to drive an extra 1/8 to 1/4 of a mile. Just out of principle, I ordered from someone else. I called the establishment each time to tell them they made my food incorrectly, only to be told that the order was right on their end. I moved into the Hudson Valley area in 1988 and visit West Point frequently. I have eaten at West Point Pizza numerous times. I will say try to avoid it on weekend evenings when they are very busy. We really like the buffalo wings, crispy and juicy...it's a generous portion for $8.95 and the pizza is very good. It's more New England Style, which is what they call it, not NY style. My favorite is the Margherita, my husband and boys like the Hawaiian. Other things we have tried worth mentioning are the meatball parm sub, lasagna (yum!), and the chicken & beef gyros. We always have a decent meal, reasonable prices, and efficient service. It's not high end, but just right for a quick meal while in the area. read more
