The steak sandwich was wonderful. The chimichurri was good. A bit to garlic forward and missing the freshness I was hoping for, but with the rest of the meal tasted great. Service was friendly and helpful. My only real complaint is that the hamburger that we got was under seasoned and had the texture of a preformed patty. Wow. Though this was going to be a dive diner type of place BUT just shows that I am still judging a book by its cover. I thought this because it was in a strip mall - close to a Dollar General store... but boy was I wrong. These were the BEST, most elevated sandwiches my hubby and I have had in a LONG TIME. I was pulled to the steak sandwich with arugula, chimichurri, tomato and OAXACA cheese. That cheese choice alone puts this establishment a level above all other sandwich shops. My hubby gravitated to the crispy chicken Buffalo sandwich. He devoured it so I'm thinking it was a home run ‍ We had a side of the Parmesan and chimichurri fries (man, you cannot get enough of this chimichurri sauce- it's glorious). It was a little chilly so I also opted for a bowl of soup on the side. It was a creamy soup with potato chunks and sausage. I ate the whole bowl and it felt SO GOOD. I save one half of my sandwich for later so don't completely judge me for being a heffer. AND the best part for us is this place is so family friendly. There's a whole kid corner set up with a chalk board, kitchen and various toys. While we were dining the staff was very attentive, the food came out quickly AND correctly, AAAAND I saw them constantly cleaning and wiping down tables. I made sure to download the Clover app so we can get credit for dining here as we will be back! It's not too loud you can't hear the others in your group and so quiet that you can't hear it. The menu is HUGE on the wall and plenty to choose from. The staff is AMAZING!! My office ordered out there for the first time this week. My husband picked it up. He was so impressed and liked the place he wanted to go eat there and suggested we go soon. We have our highly allergic grandson every other weekend so I messaged them to see if there is anything he can eat. To my surprise, I had a response within a couple of hours. Now about the food. I ordered a grilled cheese with steak. 3 of us gals shared 1 order of fries. I could only eat 1/2 the sandwich because it was loaded with meat. Our whole order was correct and had enough to share with 3 other people. The office as a whole agreed this place will be one we frequent. That's a business that cares for its customers' satisfaction! We were pleased with our cheeseburgers and this time we tried a grilled cheese sandwich for our toddler. These burgers can easily feed two persons, their fries are so good, and the grilled cheese is loaded with queso! Definitely try them!! Second time trying Brothers and first time we had a great experience... burgers were delicious! However, this time around we ordered regular cheeseburgers and one children's plate (chicken strips). I found the burgers very salty and my son's chicken strips were horrible. See photo attached. Seems they over fried them and they were very dry. Hard to chew! I dislike leaving negative reviews and like supporting local businesses but I definitely appreciate honesty and hope you like my honest review. I will have to try other local businesses burgers to compare. Last note, you pay $10 for a regular burger with fried and $12 with one with cheese! We ended up paying $6 extra for cheese on our 3 burgers. I think that's too much!! read more

Well the unassuming restaurant in a strip mall in the town of Ripon was very good. The service was all smiles and take your time. Any questions were answered and everyone was very polite. There is good decor going on. There is a play area for the kids with well aquatinted toys. The whole place was very clean and felt like you were welcome to come on in. Had the blue cheese burger , which was pretty good, but the star of the show for me was the garlic fries. Perfect. Just perfect. Hot , crispy , just the right amount of garlic and accompaniments. Fried pickles? Yes please. Those were great as well. The ranch was just right too. My wife had the chicken strips, and they are made with thighs so yea , they are moist and juicy and flavorful. Found out the name Brothers is due to actually being brothers owning and working here. Chad came to our table and checked on us. And they have a pretty good police patch collection starting. We came to Brothers via happenstance. We were heading to another restaurant, but saw Brothers as we were driving by. We are happy that we changed our plans and gave Brothers a chance. The ambiance is good. Movie/brothers themed decor. We were greeted as we entered. The staff were very friendly. They seemed happy to serve, offering refills, and asking how we are doing and how the food was. The food was great. My wife and I both ordered the Hottie Roddy, a burrito packed full of flavor. It has eggs, chicken, cheese, chimichurri, hot cherry peppers, and French fries. It was hot, more than normal. I have been to many restaurants that say the food is hot and it is not. This burrito is pleasantly hot and really flavorful. My daughter ordered the Brothers burger and fries. Both were very good. Lots of flavor and very juicy. All the food was excellent. Staff were great. A true five star restaurant. I read a review talking about the political decor. This is far from true. A couple very small stickers. We didn't mention we want it for to go and the lady already poured out our beverage and she was so nice to let us have it while we wait! Ugh what a queen. As for the food.... YUMMMM. All you could hear while we ate our food was "MmmMmmMmMmmmMmm". I kid you not. Wow the ellwood fries were soooooo GOOOD! The cheesy garlic-y and green-y taste filled my taste buds with pure euphoria. I came in with my partner and was greeted with friendly service off the top. After looking over the menu I settled on a burger called The Thunndaa. The burger had avocado, bacon, tomato, grilled onions, pickles, lettuce, and a fancy sauce on a milk roll. I also had a beer as I waited. I don't remember the name of it, but they offered me a taste after I requested an IPA and it was delicious so I went with it. I believe it's from a place in Livermore. The burger was so dog-on good. lol I may have eaten a little too fast, and I actually finished all of my fries with rarely happens. The staff were friendly and the food was good. But the breakfast burrito they do one of the best ones, we eat a lot and have had many burritos around. They do up some of the best we've had, it holds heat really well which sounds weird but it's just so good. I get the bacon, egg, cheese french fries and avocado. The service was top notch! We were in Ripon for a baseball tournament and decided on this place for an early dinner between games. The food was good and the staff were so attentive, friendly and we saw the owner multiple times who engaged with every table in the restaurant. I was a waitress for 15 years and appreciated seeing the owner. He cleared tables, refilled drinks, served the food and helped his staff where ever he was needed.
