Tasty or WasteY??? Totally tasty!!! My son and his wife just opened a jujutsu Academy in Ripon at State of Grace Muay Thai. They go to different restaurants to try them out and then they let us know which ones to eat at. They've been raving about this hamburger place so we decided to stop by and have an early dinner. What a pleasant surprise to actually enjoy the food we ordered. Although my salad could've fed two people it was such a big portion. And my husband, highly recommrecommends the hamburger with avocado and bacon. My salad was so big. I could not finish all of it but the chicken that they put on it was delicious. The service was really good. Everyone was friendly, energetic, and very helpful. That was the best part of eating here. They were just good people who enjoyed what they did and that was awesome. The only annoying thing was it took three tries to get someone to bring a container so we could take one of the sandwich wraps home. The restaurant was clean, spacious, well lit, and cheerful. I appreciated the theme of the movie posters on the wall. That was clever. The food on the other hand was just ok. The fries lacked flavor on their own and could use salt or something. If it wasn't for the garlic on the one fries and whatever it was my wife had on hers those fries would have had no flavor at all. The wrap could have used more dressing, otherwise it was really bland. I had the burger with the egg on it. I forget the name. It had the same problem. Just a lack of flavor. The egg was overcooked. It would have been better if it was sunny side up so the yolk could run. I think it had bacon on it and cheese but I didn't taste either of those. The entire burger was just unremarkable sadly. I met friends here while visiting family for the weekend. The employee was extremely friendly and explained the menu. I know it is a burger place but I ordered a steak wrap, Parmesan garlic fries and shared the smores bronuts dessert. The steak in the wrap had no flavor and I didn't care for soggy croutons or celery in the wrap. On a positive note, the ingredients were fresh. The bronuts were weird shaped donuts with chocolate syrup, marshmallows and graham crackers thrown on top. It was maybe a dessert that a little kid would like. My friend got one of their hamburgers and he said the burger was average and agreed that his fries were not impressive and flavorless. My fries had some flavor. I will not be returning. Finally stopped in to try Brothers and I'm glad I did! Let's get into it... Ambiance - The interior is pretty large with ample seating that can accommodate small or large groups. There's miscellaneous movie posters on the wall, and had some classic rock tunes playing while people dined. It was a nice vibe for a place that specializes in burgers and sandwiches. Service - Service was good. You go up and place your order at the counter then they bring the food out to you. The two ladies I interacted with were both friendly and helpful. We love Brothers. It's not a place we always think of when deciding to eat out, but when we do we get very excited to go. They have a simple menu with tons of different food options available that can suit anyone's tastes. Service is always incredibly friendly, and if you stay to eat there you will always have one of the owners come around and ask you how everything is. I mention that because I don't want them to think it goes unnoticed. I go back and forth between the Sierra Echo burger and the Sienna wrap. My husband is consistently an "I'm serious B" wrap (chicken Caesar) with buffalo sauce. Brothers has tons of indoor seating and even has a little gated kids corner which screams family place. What a treat! stopped in on our way to Yosemite. Found on YELP. a store front in a strip mall. the moment we stepped in we were greeted and felt welcomed. Very pleasant counter person who answered our questions and took our order. Sandwiches and burgers, wraps and salads. Local beers which we enjoyed! we had the bbq beef sandwich with fries. The meat was excellent, cut thin and tender. seems like they prepare in house. nice crispy fries served with a side of ketchup. Honestly that is the best bbq beef sand i've ever eaten! Bathrooms and restaurant very clean. think it was one of the owners who came to ask how things were which is always a plus. fun to see the video show of their team and the working of Brothers. For our order for 3 people we had the brother burger with fries, the sinna you later that I turned into a wrap, & the banger chicken sandwich with fries. All our food was amazing. Amongst a group of us For dessert we tried the broughnuts in every flavor and they were amazing! I had the Ellwood, which was Parmesan Fries with Chimicurri sauce, Carnitas and melted cheese. I'd have to say my friends, I made a wise choice! BOMB! I'm not huge on being a French fry guy as a meal but my fry's were crispy, the balance of the Parm & Chimicurri was just epic! No I did not finish all my fry's because I was full and not Mr. Potato Head. However I highly recommend this menu item if you're looking for something to try at Brothers. My buddy had the Thunder burger and he loved it but nibbled on my plate and realized I ordered the better meal. They do have craft beer and a place for your little ones to play. I loved the fact that this place had booths that were roomy and comfortable. Definitely will be back again when I'm on this side of the Central Coast of San Francisco. As for San Francisco, I will arrive shortly but I'm headed to Oregon & Seattle. Do what you want & enjoy your travels.
