I've ordered from Brothers a million times and it has always been mixed. Sometimes the food is great, sometimes my boyfriend and I end up sick all night. I went to pick up an order for my boyfriend tonight after he was told 10 minutes by one of the girls at the counter and was told no such order existed(when I walked in they were sitting on their phones gossiping.) They were so rude and young and just obviously didn't care. I get that it's just a job to you but really? I went back outside called him and when he insisted he called I went back inside and explained the order etc to them. They kept saying it didn't exist and FINALLY they must have had an epiphany and realized the order existed. Still rude, she told me she forgot to put it in. Charged me $11 and 10-15 min later and lots of obvious gossiping I left. A repeat customer will not be back. read more

I'm surprised there aren't any reviews on this place. It's probably due to it's poor location -- it's situated BEHIND Dunkin Donuts on Eastern Avenue on the border of Malden near Revere. This is easily one of the best pizza/sub restaurants in the area! The place looks really good for this type of restaurant and the lady over the counter is very nice. The prices of the food is very cheap and they serve in huge quantites (compared to other sub/pizza restaurants). The food is also cooked well. This place is OK. Its always a hit or miss. Pizza - I like that they can do half half of whatever toppings you want. The pizza is pretty good, but it can also be because I ate in so it was piping hot and crispy. My friend did order from here one time for delivery and it wasn't as good. Subs - I ordered the Italian, but unfortunately, it was not satisfying. It wasn't even the authentic Italian meats, it was just ham and other cuts which I am not sure of. My roommate has some serious issues with the quality of the food she gets from here, but I have never had a problem. My fav menu items include their steak bombs, fish sandwiches and chicken kabob salads. They have great fries, which is saying a lot because I normally don't eat them. Fries are incredible and some of the best grilled chicken salads I've ever had. However, their pizza and onion rings are probably the worst I've ever had. The pizza is Greek style so if you like that it may be a better fit for you. The onion rings are just a pile of grease and easily fall apart. Definitely a go-to spot over the years that very rarely, if ever, lets me down. Legitimately the best buffalo chicken calzone around and the steak & cheese is on point if you're into stuffed subs utilizing smaller pieces of ground beef. The old Italian vs. Greek style pizza debate is a fascinating one, with myself preferring greek, so I enjoy the pizza overall. Have eaten here occasionally in the past, but tonight I ordered threw grubhub for the first time, I decided to get the super beef 3 way with bacon, also got chicken fingers with honey mustard sauce, I have to say WOW I am very picky about my Roast Beef it has to be rare! They exceeded and surpassed my expectations. The sandwich was huge!! Perfectly rare roast beef, great balance on mayo/bbq sauce , the chicken fingers were perfectly cooked.. The driver was great arrived early, called, and was very nice .. This is my first ever review of a place but I felt this actually deserved my time, I strongly recommend this place to anyone based off my experience tonight. First of they forgot to ask me how I wanted it cooked.... which hello is important and I got them med which is not how I order.... second I got 4 pieced and they used to be 6 pieces.... jesues and the amount of rice is too much.... I have ordered from this place multiple times over the years. My experience tonight was horrible. I placed an order for a calzone and buffalo fingers at 8:00pm online. Got my confirmation email that it would take about 45 minutes. After an hour and ten minutes I call the store to check on the order. The girl who answered was rude and said "he's close" and practically dismissed me. A minute later the delivery driver called me and said he couldn't find my house. Well they gave him the completely wrong address and he was now in a completely different city, and stuck in traffic from a car accident. The guy was extremely apologetic but explained it would still be about 20 minutes before he arrived. I said I was going to cancel the order. I called the store and told them I'm canceling, their response was "you cannot cancel the order because we already made it". After 5 minutes of banter back and forth they say they're willing to give me a 20% discount. I was so furious I hung up. The driver calls me again to say it's going to be about 15 minutes. I said I just want to cancel it. He was again, very apologetic, and said sorry and said no problem. A couple minutes later the store calls me. Not once, but twice. Harassment? Lol she said the driver said you want to cancel the order. I said YES! And I already told you that but you said you can't. She said "well yea". I said do not show up at my house two hours after I place an order. If they would've offered the order for free since it was THEIR mistake, not mine or the driver, I would've taken my cold food and heated it up. But to insult me with a 20% discount, saying I'm "not allowed" to cancel an order, is ridiculous. They are obviously cheap and didn't want to lose a $30 order that actually cost them about $8 to make. Well jokes on them because if it shows up here I'm not paying a dime. I've had their roast beef sandwich and Italian sub before and they were both pretty good - decent size, flavorful and the orders came out right. Greek salad and steak n cheese sub were good too. These were all pick-up orders from my brother so I can't really rate their service or wait time in the store. Pretty disappointed with their delivery service though. I placed an order at 10:21pm last Saturday, 4/25/15 and was pretty excited to see a live tracker like the one available for Domino's Pizza when ordering online. I got the cheeseburger dinner w/fries and Greek salad, and my husband got the steak tip over rice. The order tracker said it was "delivered" at 10:50pm but I didn't get the order, so I called the store and the girl said the driver was on his way. Received food at 11:07pm, and my cheeseburger dinner plate was HORRIBLE: there was no dressing for the salad, the fries were cold, hard, and definitely not fresh. Burger was the worst part - soggy buns, and the meat patty was loosely packed/falling apart. Everything on the burger was dripping with oil. I asked for medium well and the meat was extremely rare and red to the point that it looked raw. All 3 items - burger, fries, and salad came in the same container which is unusual because then the salad contents mixed with the fries. Did not receive napkins, salad dressing, or side mayo. The utensils were wrapped inside my pita bread, and I don't eat the pita bread so if I didn't unroll it, I would never see the knife and fork... The steak tip dinner was MEH and food came lukewarm...no utensils or napkins either. I ended my review for the restaurant with "This is completely unacceptable and I would like a refund!" No one has bothered to call me back or respond to my review to apologize or offer a refund. Needless to say, I won't be ordering from them again... read more
