So, I searched on Yelp and of course I came across a plethora of businesses but Bolles was the only one that had all five stars, I gave them a call and spoke with the owner's son (sorry i forgot his name) he was very polite, and knowledgeable. The next day o took my car to them to be serviced. I dropped it off and they called me a couple of hours later with an estimate. Yes the estimate was pricey but again he was using Merced's parts and we all know that those aren't cheap. But what I appreciated most was their honesty . He told me that the rotors on the back were shit and definitely had to be replaced but the front were fine and if the price was too much I could actually wait awhile (not forever, but a payday or two) before replacing the brakes . I thought this was the most honest expertise I had ever had with an unknown mechanic. If you want the job done right, with friendly, professional people I would recommend this business to you and anybody who needed a wheel alignment and or brakes . Hopefully I won't have to go back anytime soon but I'll definitely be recommending the to everyone I know .

Went to do the first oil change and had to use 2 cheater bars to loosen the drain plug. I don't think this place knows what a torque wrench is. I wouldn't allow them to work on my skateboard.

To my demise I thought their was something ultimately wrong with my car due to the loud noise it was making. These people are GREAT! I had an odd knock with my engine and I was being told MANY different…read morethings from different mechanics. I then started to look for shops to take my car in for a "rebuild" and I came across them and they were very friendly over yelp messaging. I was also posting in MB forums for possible help and thoughts because I was stressing so much over my car and what you know. Eru who works at MSB reached out to me on fb and offered to diagnose my car for free. Mind you he didn't know I reached out to the shop prior. I called the number he gave me and what a coincidence it was MSB it was like a sign from god to go to them and it was. Eru diagnosed my car and he was 100% right on his suspicion.
