I have been going to MSB to repair and service my Mercedes for years. Sean and Mike are great communicators so so friendly. They are busy all the time but still find time to fit in my car right away. They have always been able to repair what ever went wrong with my car so knowledgeable. Mercedes can be finicky cars but they are masters at repairing them. Big jobs smaller jobs they do it all. They also have really good prices for their service and repairs. So glad i found them. I found MSB on Yelp to see if I could service my MB 2016 C300. I contacted them through Yelp first and they responded within the hour even though it was a weekend. Out of all the local mechanics I contacted they were the only ones to reply right away. They gave me a time and day to come over and the diagnostic was completely free. Just fyi, my car had a squeaky noise coming from the front driver side tire. On the day I brought my car over they were able to assess and identify the problem for free. They were also able to come up with a solution and get the problem fixed all on the same day. The whole time they were clear and communicated to me what was wrong and what I needed. Considering how maintenace costs on MBs can get pricey, their service (parts & labor) charge was relatively cheap. I would definitely reccommend going to them and I will probably go back to them next time I have another problem with my car. read more

I brought in my C300 I was really worried because I was quoted to get diagnostic about 300 or 600 everywhere else. They told me to bring it in and they could check it out. They actually fixed it and cleared the code that my car was showing I thought it was gonna be so expensive, but they are so honorable and really great people here. I stumbled upon MSB through Yelp. I called around noon today spoke to Shaun and got an appointment today as well. The inspection and diagnostic was free which is really great! Other places I called wanted to charge just for the inspection alone. Showed up and was greeted by Shaun right away! Warm welcome! My BF's 2010 E350's ac is not blowing air/quit working. Alex looked at it and it was the blower motor that needs to be replaced. Luckily, they had the parts available and they were able to work on the car. They gave us the quote explained what needs to be done. Voila!!! After a few hours we have the ac up and running!!! I can't thank Shaun, Alex, Eddie and Saul enough for taking care of me today! I really like these guys, I was recieved a free diagnostic from them to see what the problem was with my car however I was told that there is a problem with my intake manifold and sensors and that they need to be replaced. Best place to get your service A or B on your Mercedes!! If you call them between 8am and before noon They take you in, the same day you call!! Less than 45min and you are back on the road again! They check all your fluids and they top them off with no additional cost, do the 24 point safety inspection, and the best part is my car came with 5 lights not working and MSB replaced my lights at no charge!! Yes you heard that right!! My headlight and some brake lights wore working properly and they took their time to replace them!! The quality of the Oil is top of the line Full synthetic and is made in Germany!! and they won't use cheap parts on their services!!
