Stopped in for some new wiper blades and Larry helped me out. Such a nice guy he even put them on for me in a snap! Pretty pricey but I did ask him for the top of the line recommendations. Was also shopping for some basic floormats but I found them to be too pricey. I ended up getting some cabin air and engine filters too but those were pricey as well. I stopped at Walmart after to grab some other items and noticed they had about the same selection of wiper blades and filters at about almost half the price (but self service). My RAV4 Hybrid was intermittently not turning on, I used OR's diagnostic tool and the battery check...all signs point to a dead battery. So I bought a new battery with my VA discount and Abraham was kind enough to assist me with the installation. Not only was I able to utilize their OBD memory saver but also their other tools for installation. Bro, the whole process took 45mins max... I saved at least $100.00 in labor and installation. Get new management!! Doesn't deserve the mandatory 1 star! I checked online to pick up items I needed that were supposed to be at this store! When I got there two of the 3 items were NOT IN INVENTORY as stated online. the RUDE EMPLOYEE with no name tag said it was a glitch, I say their inventory is wrong and if the employees weren't sitting around bullshitting and did cycle counts or spot inventories the inventory would be correct.! A real peach to deal with, apparently if any of the items purchased here even remotely look slightly used, they will refuse to return them. The 3 items I tried returning were packaged in the same condition as when I purchased. I had a feeling I should've gone elsewhere, anyway, Jose was the typical "man" with short guy syndrome, trying to prove something. Calling corporate on this location. Went in tonight to get my battery tested and possibly replaced and it was quick and easy.The manager I believe helped me out through the process, tested my battery, walked me through the different options for a new replacement and swapped out my old one with a new one. The ONE, person in the entire store (that I saw) was a rude female with braces who had an attitude because I chose to utilize my store warranty on a battery! As I'm explaining what's wrong with the battery she cuts me off multiple times and says "who are you, I need to know who I'm speaking with!" Ummmm, how about a paying customer, is that name good enough for you?! After 18 months of buying a Super Start battery. Took it back to store because the thing wasn't holding the charge. Employee at store checks battery finds out is no good. The battery sticker reads "3 year free replacement." I don't have receipt with me, so no problem he says. Asks for my phone number says he can't find transaction for a battery in my history. I know I bought it from them. But still no transaction can be found so had to buy a new battery, but never from O'Reilly again. Because they don't last and this people won't honor their warranty. read more

I live in Bell Gardens and I have two O'Reillys close to my home I have never gotten any services close as I got here and I got the service over the phone it was amazing I spoke to a gentleman named Jairo I was inquiring about my brake pads I was sure I had already bought some and I'm already due for replacements The reason for my review is the shitty service I have received at the location in Bell Gardens specially by a guy by the name Arturo Couple of weeks ago gave me my hoses wrong like 3 times in a row Yesterday I come wanting to buy my brake pads and he has the nerve to tell me that I don't have any of them on the card then I phoned the location in Bell to get info and they are horrible as well had me on a seven minute hold never answered My day and experienced was saved everything was made amazing by the gentleman Jairo I was on the phone with him verified my parts being on my card and was the most polite employee however spoke to and not to mention professional I was able to verify what I needed that I indeed have my brake pads available for exchange this company needs to stop hiring in competent individuals like Arturo and the other gentleman in the location in Bell and hire more people like Cairo read more

I've been trying to find the time to do my review. I went in about a month ago for my car battery, I asked for help from 2 guys working to check the quality of life for me, I had 25% battery life, I decided instead of trying to keep charging the battery and jump starting it to just save my self the headaches to simply change the battery, I don't drive this particular car much because it is very small (2012 Gucci Fiat) so the radio had also gone on the blink because the battery kept going dead. The dealership wanted to charge me $155 just to take my car in to look at the radio. Ricky at Oreillys offered to check the fuse after changing my battery because he heard my frustration about the radio not working and guess what it was the fuse that needed to be replaced, something so simple. I was so happy I didn't have to waste my time for several hours at the dealership and be over charged . Thanks to Ricky and Ennino for saving me time and money and taking care of me right away. This is not the first time I've had great help at this location, every employee seems to be helpful and knowledgeable every time I have needed help with any of my cars for the past 16 years even when it was previously Kragens. Bad employees and bad service! I called ahead for a battery for my 2014 Chevy Cruze and explained to them that I would need them to install it for me. They said they could and had the battery I needed. I walked in and first thing I see is that the person that helped me was texting on his phone. He starts to look up the battery and while he is doing that, I let him know that I was going to need help putting it in. He starts to tell me that he needs to look at it cause he knew that Cruzes have a different type of connection. we go outside to my car and starts looking at the battery like he knows what he is doing. Then tells me some bs that they can't help cause the batter can't be removed cause of the connection it has. I called him out on his BS. I have removed the battery before and told him how it comes off. This guy to me was just lazy and didn't want to do the work. I wouldn't go back to this place again and would never advise anyone going here. read more

This place is very disorganized. The people here are not very knowledgeable and every time they take a guess they are wrong, which means you have to bring the part all away back!!!! If you tried calling them, they'll place you on hold for long periods of time and then hanged up on you!!! Hope upper management would read this post so they can provide better training or simply get rid of the staff that doesn't care about customer service and their company. read more
