Every bad experience with them is the customer service. My pet had an appointment that was…read morescheduled at minimum 3 months in advance, and they needed his appointment rescheduled because they were short staffed. The only accommodation that was offered was to have it rescheduled and wait another 2-3 months for pet grooming. Recently, my pet grooming was cancelled b/c my pet needed his vaccination up to date and that needed to be done "before his next grooming appointment" His appointment was cancelled via email "7 days" before his grooming. They were contacted about the cancelled appointment and the person I spoke with stated "his vaccinations still are not up to date, so the appointment was cancelled and the vet confirmed that your pet appointment was cancelled." My intended reason for the call was to ask why I had not been "called" to inform me that it was going to be cancelled. But before I could finish my statement, I was interrupted by the worker and was rudely reminded of "all the times" date by date" I had been contacted by the business that the vaccines were not up to date while also speaking to me as though I was a child and not as though we were both adults and I am pretty sure I am old enough to be her mother. I attempted to interrupt her on 2 occasions requesting that to please allow me to speak and that I was already aware of the times I was contacted and if I could finish my statement. She went on and on being aggressive with her tone and disrespectful deminer and her account of when I had been contacted. When my tone got louder and told her I already knew I had been contacted and the number of times, she accused me of being disrespectful when it was disrespectful to cut me off before I could finish the reason for calling in the first place. I only wanted to know why a call could not be made to inquire if my pet had a pending appointment for the vaccines "before" the scheduled appointment before canceling it. Apparently, they were able to "call" the vet office (that my pet no longer went to) and confirmed he didn't have the vaccines done because his appointment had been cancelled. I told her we had moved to another city and that's why the appointment was cancelled and he had an appointment somewhere else. So, I "did not communicate with them when and where my pet was getting his vaccines" so, his appointment was cancelled. I still had "7 days before his grooming appointment" to have the vaccinations done and well as update them where the visit occurred. At the end of the day the vaccines would still have been done before his scheduled appointment. I have work in the medical field as a Respiratory Therapy for 20 years and with all types of diversity. This was the worst display of respect and quality customer service I have ever experienced. I have no desire to continue to support this business establishment and at this point would not recommend to anyone because of the lack of respect for a customer.

boarded my cat Rose for 3 nights. We looked at the facility before deciding to board her there…read more When we toured there were no cats and the room was very clean. We brought her there on 7/3, we brought her a blanket toys and food. I explained how much and how ofter she eats. However upon picking up Rose I had several concerns. When we dropped her the other cat was free to roam which was what I saw, when I returned the same cat was out free to roam. I  was told not to worry that you all had experience with difficult cats, but between the two workers they both were afraid to let her out. My husband had to go get Rose out so my concern is that if you could not get her out today how were you getting her out the last 4 days for playtime or was she just confined to that small space. I also inquired about how was her condo so dirty and was told it took a little time to clean. The litter box was filthy as well. At home her litter box is cleaned twice a day. My other concern was that the bag of food that I brought there for Rose,  once returned had very little taken from the bag. I am very irritated and concerned about the dirty conditions Rose was subjected to and whether she was confined to that little space we removed her from. Rose is like a child to us and I thought that during my absence she was well taken care of.  It took us a while after getting home to calm her down.

Do Not bring dogs with a traumatic past here. I brought my girl here and we adopted her about 5-6…read moreyears ago from a shelter who saved her from an abusive environment. I communicated to the techs that she is very skittish and has came from an abusive home. They either disregarded this remark or didn't have the necessary experience to understand the situation and handled her just as any dog. Due to this she did react negatively and bit a tech. They then came back and told me I was lucky that it didn't cause any bleeding otherwise they would've quarantined her at the pound. I am not sure how more clear I could be saying this dog came from an abused home and is skittish. She has never bitten anyone as long as I've had her but how my communication was disregarded and how she was handled escalated the situation unnecessarily which almost resulted the to quarantining my dog.

We have taken my first dog here for the past 2 years with no issues. However, whenever my partner…read moreand I got our puppy, things started to go downhill. We had her put in the daycare program this care center and one day when I picked her up, she was sneezing, coughing and had a runny nose. The daycare staff didn't mention anything to me and my other dog also quickly started sneezing and coughing. My puppy contracted kennel cough from either another infected dog or contaminated surface/object and brought it to my other dog from the daycare. They were both diagnosed with kennel cough here. Then in a recent visit about a few weeks ago, I believe it was a vet tech who asked me if I wanted to get bloodwork done on a general wellness visit on one of my dogs. I declined, saying that he needed to get it done anyway soon in another visit. She insisted on telling me it would be cheaper to do it now and kept pressing me on it. I said I'd think about it. When we went to the room with the Dr., I told her (the doctor) that I'd like to wait on his bloodwork because we'd have to do it again and I'd like less stress for him, even if it would be more expensive to wait. She looked at me and said it wouldn't be more expensive to wait, that it would cost the same. That blew my mind. I understand that mistakes happen, but that made me feel very uncomfortable. I've never had an experience like that here. And the final straw happened last week. I boarded both of our dogs there for the weekend for the first time. One of them came back just fine, but the other has had diarrhea for a week straight. My partner and I both called, he was told it didn't sound like it was an emergency because she had no other symptoms. He called again a day or so later and was told she should've been brought in. We came in and did not get a definitive answer other than it was probably the stress of the boarding. I was told the dogs had a great time. A week of pure liquid being sprayed out of the wrong end tells me otherwise. I asked the vet to do a fecal test on her to be safe, to which he agreed, but he did not do it. Now our other dog is also ill and having awful diarrhea. We also disclosed that she was in heat, which is unfortunate because she needs to be spayed. For this appointment we had a different Dr. He said he actually preferred animals to be in heat for a spay because it elongates their uterus. What he did not mention is that spaying while in heat is generally not recommended and poses severe health risks (such as excessive bleeding). I had received a second opinion from another vet and was informed of the risks. I would never put my puppy in a situation where her life could be at risk for a matter of convenience. For these reasons, we can no longer bring our pets here
