I was referred to this salon by a friend who had her brows done. I called in mid-December as I wanted to buy a gift card. I left a message requesting a callback but never heard back, so I made an appointment for a consultation for my mom and me in early January. After scheduling the appointment online, I received confirmation and a calendar acceptance. We also received email and text confirmations the day before our appointment. There was no mention of having to reschedule. We arrived at the salon at the time of the appointment and were greeted by one of the women working there. She had a blank look on her face when I told her we were there for a brow consultation. She said that the owner, who we had an appointment with, was in Korea and would not be there to do the consultation. She gave me the owner's personal phone number and told me to text her. I texted her and let her know what had happened, and never heard back. How are you running a business and booking appointments and then not showing up or even responding? Terrible experience. You just lost two clients, and apparently, you do not care. It must be nice to be so busy that you can treat clients like this. read more

She drew on what she would do and suggested I get my brows get lasered to remove the old ink and uneven tattoos. So after her 30 min free consultation I set off to get my brows lasered. Ouch! And it took four appts one month apart to remove most of the old tattoo ink. Finally I was ready to see Cecelia. She drew my brows, showed me and micro bladed them, and it was perfection!!!! I told her my skin is oily and she suggested a dry heal. 7 days later my brows started to peel. I expected it because she handed me a brochure of what to expect. I went back for my second appt per her protocol three weeks after my first appt. She again numbed my brows and added more ink and continued to shape them. Two layers of ink, little pain, and it looks fabulous!!! I know I'll peel again and I'll need yearly touch ups, but she's amazing!!!!! read more

Instead of taking her time with me to help fix the problem, she kept dismissing it and eventually told me "I have other clients to take care of" which gave me the implication she wanted me to leave. Sedona is the master of lashes! I have been having her doing my lashes for a while and I wouldn't have anyone else touch my lashes except her. Sedona customizes lashes to fit every individual as when it comes to lashes, one size definitely doesn't fit all. This is literally the only place I would get my eyelashes done. Everyone here is certified unlike most eyelash places and they take sanitation seriously! It's so clean and everyone is so nice. Such a pleasant experience! I would say i'm a facial virgin who is desperately trying to get my skin ready for my upcoming wedding. I've never done a chemical peel before so was a little nervous when I came in. Cecilia was incredibly knowledgeable and asked lots of questions before my appt to make sure a chemical peel was even the right treatment for me. After going through ingredients, allergies, skin type, my daily routine etc. we decided to go for it. She was very cognizant of my expressions during the procedure and tailored the treatment to my needs and comfort. She asked my comfort levels throughout the procedure which I think is essential to avoiding the red faced, chemical burn horror stories you hear about in the news. I would highly recommend Cecilia for any future first timers. She wants to help improve the health of your skin for life, not just for the day of your appointment. My significant other did an eyelash extension here. It was her worst experience with eyelash extensions. Her previous experiences with such a service was so much better. We were thrown off initially by the pricing of the extensions, but we thought to give it a try. After actually getting the extensions, they were of extremely low quality. The person doing the extensions was extremely amateur. She made mistakes and when confronted, she did not put any attempt into fixing it. Instead, she messed up the one eye that looked OK which we never told her to fix. When asked about this, she just made up lies and started to argue. The experience was so bad that my significant other had to remove the eyelashes within a day. A waste of both time and money. read more

I had the most amazing experience with both ladies! 1st I wanted a permanent eye liner only to have Cecilia say I had rosacea and its was not a good idea to do it. Another place was going to but I wasn't comfortable with the salon. I am thrilled to learn what could have happened. Then I decided to get lashes put on with Diane. They were everything I ever wanted and more. SO beautiful , only to find out i was allergic to the glue and needed to have them removed. She was so sweet and caring and felt so bad she offered to refund my money. I couldn't let that happen because she did an amazing job and spent so much time with me. I am so happy with my brows! Cecilia gives a very thorough consultation with realistic expectations and she really made sure I wanted to go through with the procedure, not pressuring me at all. The procedure was not that painful. The studio is very clean and tidy and pleasant. The second procedure was a little more painful, but she said that it was because after seeing how much my brows faded after the first procedure, she can tell better how deeply to go in the second procedure. I think the shape and darkness turned out great. I definitely recommend it. I have done extensive research and decided on this place with Cecilia. I am so glad I did! I love my brows as they look natural and not so cosmetic (Made up). It looks like little hairs! Cecilia was very meticulous and took her time measuring and consulting. The actual process only took 20 minutes. It feels like someone scratching your brows; not painful but I wouldn't say it was comfortable either. The color does fade (40%) so don't freak out if it starts off a little darker. I LOVE my brows. I might try her for lashes because those look really natural too. Her prices are very reasonable. I LOVE having eyelash extensions when they turn out well. I have been a few different places where the technician did not LISTEN to what I wanted . I prefer a very thick look to having long "spider leg" lashes. Cecilia listened to what I wanted and I think got an extension on darn near every lash I had. Not only that but she was FAST. I have had this service done enough times to appreciate how quickly she gets it done. I've had one other technician who could fill in the lashes well but it took forever. This is THE best brow and lash service in town! I have been seeing Cecilia for about 4 years now and she is consistent, detailed, calm and continuously works at perfecting her craft. She is a licensed esthetician and has taken her brow and lash service seriously. Her training and skill is evident in her services and her clients are loyal because she is that good. She uses the best materials, the finest glue and mink lashes and a variety that are all of high quality. We have tried a couple of different lengths and thicknesses and Cecilia is always great at suggesting what will work with the lashes that her clients naturally have. We played with cat eyes, and then to longer lashes in the middle. Every time I go to see her and see the end product, i can't stop staring at my lashes. They are very natural and stay on longer than some other places that I have been in the area. What I've noticed with some other lash services is that these women seem to just "pick it up" because of the demand. But Cecilia is genuine in her craft and will take care of you and make you leave feeling beautiful! Diane who also is at Brow & Lash is wonderful too. They use the same materials and she was trained by Cecilia so I'm always assured that I will have exactly the lashes I want.
