The person here doesn't know how to do threading at all, gets upset for telling her there's still a lot of hairs and even got cuts over my chin (that never happens in other places). Such a regret to stop here just because I needed a quick lil and chin hair removal.... And she didn't even do my chin and did that's part of the neck? Like what? Have taken my daughter here to get her eyebrows threaded multiple times. Its pretty simple...its never been full and ive always been able to walk in and had her eyebrows done without an appointment. Its only $12 and eyebrow threading takes 5-10 minutes. Its a hit or miss depending who does them for you but 90% of the time they are done well. They are located inside Broward Mall in the entrance by Buffalo Wild Wings on the right hand side. Parking is free outside the mall. read more

Really not a good job, I had a lady come and start threading, but during her entire work was speaking to her friend sitting there. It's very rude, then while she was trying to upsell me to do my upper lip and I refused it, then told me I was done. Didn't cut my eyebrows, didn't put witch hazel to tame the redness. The. Once I got home I see that she left plenty of hairs and did a bad job and different sizes on both eyebrows!!! $13 is the standard threading price for eyebrows, so that part I am not complaining about. read more

Unprofessional! Decided to give this place a shot even after reading the bad reviews and my experience was no different. The lady working the front chair allowed a customer without an appointment to skip everyone because the customer was "pressed for time and could not wait". This customer just walked in and was only there for about 2 minutes. I was waiting for over 15 minutes and was up next-- there was about 4 other people after me that were also waiting. After I called them out on it, they tried to apologize and take me right away. Needless to say, I was already disgusted at the service and decided to leave. I used to go here all the time a few years back. The people were friendly and my brows always came out amazing. However my last experience visiting there was really bad. I walked in and received a glance from two women working there. The woman working on the chair beside mine seemed friendly enough, but the lady doing my eyebrows was aggressive and rude. It's fine if you don't want to speak to me, but I'd like to tell you how I want my eyebrows done instead of being brushed aside. She ended up giving me a bad shape and didn't even get all the hair around my brows, nor did she wipe the off after or get rude of the hair that she did pull from my face. Super Upset today after a closer look at my eyebrows. I have been letting my brows grow out and fill in for 8 months or longer, feeling very self conscious about my brows but knowing it would be worth it after they are able to fill in and have a little shape. I was VERY clear and nervous to have my brows threaded and simply just asked advice at Brow Art. She seemed confident to not touch the shape and clean up my brows... Now that I am home for 1 day I can easily see they are uneven, 1 brow is much thinner then the other and shaped. I am so disappointed! Someone you feel you can trust and understands what you are looking for when you spend 10 minutes discussing your concerns. Last time I went, I think her name is Sam, she is AMAZING. So gentle with my skin and extremely patient with me. I went a second time and Sam wasn't there. I really needed to get my eyebrows done so I went with an older woman. She was nice, but she was SO ROUGH with my skin. Then tells me that I have sensitive skin. I actually don't. She was just so rough. She only threaded my eyebrows...didn't shape them or anything. PLUS one is THINNER than the other one. On top of that, she left my face spotty. I have hair in random places, my face is SO RED with red spots all off it because of how rough she was. Is this how I'm treated after spending $40+? The service was very friendly and overall, I liked the results. Originally, the salon was located close to the main entrance of the mall. Unfortunately, so much has changed since COVID. Now they are all the way in the back end of the mall, in an obscure corner. I am sure their business has suffered due to lower foot traffic. Had my eyebrows threaded before to a beautiful full and natural look. I needed my brows cleaned up so I decided to give them a try. I just needed my eyebrows "cleaned up" so I trusted that the girl would just thread where the strays were. Well I noticed this was more painful than the other place and figured it was just the different thread/technique. Turns out she re-shaped my brows to a mere line almost! No wonder it hurt so much- she was pulling my brows, not just the strays! NEVER going there again. Now I'm left with way too thin eyebrows for my face and with the hope that they'll grow back in again. Don't know what to do. I wanted to cry when I saw what she had done. This place is great! I usually get waxes for hair removal but decided to go there one day while I was in the Broward Mall. I had my eyebrows and upper lip done and while it was a little more painful than waxing the results were terrific. Usually after waxing my upper lip would break out from irritation, not the case with threading. I've been back again and again. Try this if you're looking for hair removal. read more

I went to the less busy of the two locations in this mall and not only did I not have to wait, but Arzanah did a great job. I have fairly flat eyebrows and she made an arch for me without going too thin. I've noticed that though there's some redness and pain, it's a lot less than either tweezing or waxing. read more

There's never a wait because they don't bother to take their time - I had 2 people in front of me and was still taken care of within 8 minutes of walking in. She literally took 3 minutes on me. I've threaded since I was about 15 years old. I have never been cut during the process as much as I have been here! I went in Sunday early afternoon, Farzana was the threader. After the first few that were overly painful, I checked for cuts and there were a few but not too much. Needless to say, it was my worst experience in a long time. Most of the facial area, that I paid to have threaded, still had much or the hair in addition to all the cut and healing areas I now have a result. When I first started threading my eyebrows I used Brow Art and I WAS happy with the work they did. I was becoming a regular, I'd be in every two weeks and always had excellent service. One day one of the ladies I got started doing my brows and talking to her coworker and moving back and forth from me to her friend and watching videos on their phone. As someone who works with people you should NEVER leave your customer to look at something that came be saved for later. She ended up butchering my eyebrows and then proceeded ago ask me for a tip!! Horrific! The first time I went there, the tech did a great job. Went a second time and she wasn't there, the tech pretty much took all my brows out, but the shape was not bad. I could fill it in with pencils or whatever. This last time was the breaking point. I made sure to tell the tech (Marchana) not to thread them as thin as the last time and she said no worries but proceeded to not only make them much thinner, but uneven. When I voiced my disappointment, she stated with a smirk that they will grow next time. I grew my eyebrows out for about 2 months before going there. NEVER AGAIN!
