I wouldn't mark it even 1 star. It's a disaster. Completely terrible whole disappointment. Don't even think of going there. Henna tattoo?! A three year old would draw it better than that suspicious girls making appearance to work, but in reality they just fool around. A word "professional" can be forgotten there. I can't understand how in such a decent mall can work such lousy people that never ever trained anywhere at all. The attitude and what they have done just killed me. Someone tell me of a great eye brow threading place nearby and I'll go! I've gone here too many times out of desperation. I always feel rushed and pushed for getting makeup to fill in my pencil thin eyebrows..that they made possible. I always say no thank you to the makeup. I have to agree with previous reviews. This place is horrible I have gotten my eyebrows done here because there's no places around, and I'm allergic to most waxes. No one at this place knows how to do eyebrows, they always come out uneven, but This time is the worst!!!!!! They are totally uneven by a lot! Went here yesterday, barely understood the woman when she asked if I wanted eyebrow tont. I said sure, and she did it. Then after she finished threading my full face she rang me up, and added brow powder and a wand for eyebrows. It came to 92 dollars! When I tried to return it I was told there were no refunds. Expensive, horrible service, very pushy and tricky into selling you stuff and services you don't want claiming you have hair all over the face when is not true. Also they insist for you to buy gift cards, and when you go back and try to use it, they give you a excuse and you can't use it. Horrible service. This lady literally cut my left eyebrow in half using scissors, without asking if it was ok to do so. Now I have uneven eyebrows. I left with a scar on my right eye, plus hair all over.. after she claimed she was done. They don't speak English either. I should have paid attention to the bad reviews this place has. I keep coming back to this place because it's the only place that does threading locally (that I know of.) That being said, I often take breaks or try to go back to waxing, which I'm not a fan of, because every time I go here I get treated worse. They greet me with a pretty friendly attitude, and I sit in the chair and time and time again I say I only want my eyebrows done. No matter who does the threading, they always try to pressure you into getting your lip or a whole face thread. When you say no to that, they will try to sell you this ridiculously priced eyebrow filler. When they don't make the upsale, they are rude. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. read more

If you want uneven eyebrows... People talking on the phone while doing your eyebrows... Or eating then not washing their hands with soap before touching your face then this is the place for you. Being middle eastern, I've been gifted with thick eyebrows and have always gotten compliments on my arch. After my Persian eyebrow threader moved, I've been super scared to try someone new but was in the area so I gave it a shot. Biggest mistake ever! One eyebrow has an arch, the other is more rounded. One has a chunk taken up top, the other has hairs that have been cut so short that it looks like I shaved the ends of my eyebrow. Ohh and one is super far in from the middle. Awful! I've been going here for years for my brows because they do come out nice. However, I'm so tired of being told that I need a full face threading, that I must have their eyebrow tint done & that the eyelash extensions are wonderful when they aren't. I allowed my lip to be done the last time I went for brows & the woman with bushy eyebrows tore up my face. She went from my lip & proceeded to thread my entire face, broke the thread 3x & I ended up with cuts & a face rash. She tinted my brows without asking & I had agreed to the eyelash extensions during their half price sale on them. The eyelashes lasted less than 48 hours (despite them claiming weeks) but the pink eye from them has lasted longer than that. Yuck & painful. Never again. read more

Hello you, person thinking of going here. "How bad could be be?" You ask yourself. "I only need a cleanup." NO. DON'T DO IT. Yes, most mall brow threading places suck, but this one is a special level of awful. For starters, the girls there put in very little effort the entire time. Most of the time they insult your brows while aggressively pushing products. I've been told my brows are too dark, too thin (sorry, that's how I was born?), and that my skin is "so white." Awful service. Spoke very little English. Told her not to do the tops of my eyebrows!!!!! She began doing it anyway!!!! Asked if brow powder was for sale. She rang me up without telling me prices. Transaction completed I said "18 dollars for that cheap brush you bought at the dollar store????" No - don't want it. She then refused refund. Going to file complaint with credit card company . They can't steal my money. Scam artists. Brows are not even done right. DO NOT GO HERE !!!!!!!! Also I noticed after that the Indian woman had what seemed to be some sort of eye infection. If you want to get ripped off this is the perfect place to go. Went in to get my eyebrows done was then told that my face was very hairy (I'm light haired Caucasian -- never been a problem in my entire life). After turning down multiple times proceeded go ahead and thread my entire face (painful I must say). Oh and wait the killer is my bill turned from 12 for eyebrows to 38 for the entire face WHICH I DIDNT ASK FOR!! very frustrating and I will not be returning again, much better place in Rocky Hill. read more
