Got my brows done in September with her- she was sweet at the time & did a decent job the day i got my brows done the first time She scheduled me for my touch up immediately after my first appointment. Which was scheduled for November 23rd at 12pm. So i reached out this morning confirming my appt & she said she had no record of my appt. and she didn't even remember. But when we were dming after my first appt she said she would fix things at my touch up appt so now I'm confused & it's just super unprofessional & i wouldn't recommend this place. ‍ she said i never left a deposit but she never asked me for one the second time i booked after leaving her a 50$ tip the first time i went i just assumed i was good and didn't need one when she didn't ask. There's nothing else to say besides.. Anna was born to do this. I had previous microblading done by another artist and was about 65% happy with it. She drew the shape, then did it and showed me the end result which I wasn't fully happy with. Anna was the TOTAL opposite! She stopped multiple times to see if there was anywhere I want more fluff (I wanted thicker fluffy brows), asked if I liked the color and stopped multiple times just to show me the progress. She explained every step even though I had been through the process and listened to every single thing I wanted. She is so sweet and easy to talk to. Update on my review: it's been 4 weeks since procedure. My eye brows still look uneven, left eye brow too thick and higher than the right one. I contacted the business (Ann) she blocked me, she didn't give me refund or offer to fix my eye brow. Because she demands payment in cash I can't dispute the charges. My only option is to go to consumer affairs and bbb. Do not hire her, her pics that she posts on her website and Instagram are all immediately after procedure anyone can draw a pretty picture. Her work after 3-4 weeks doesn't look like this anymore. Anna all of your statements are dishonest and untrue. I just updated my review and what you are saying to my review is not accurate- healing process has nothing to do with you making wrong and uneven shape of my eye brows. You didn't even offer to fix your work!! All your messages to me were plastic, your goal is just to make money. It's a one person practice everything is done by Anna. She demands you to sign the consent with language there that results not guaranteed and she is not liable for wrong or bad outcome. She never provides a copy of a consent you sign either(she never offered me a copy). She also never gives you any receipts for your payments that she demands in cash. She took pics of me before and after after I repeatedly told her I am not ok with her taking my pics!! She also only take Zellie payment , thru that payment you can't file claim with the bank and that's the second red flag no to use her. No receipts from her which is illegal not provide receipts. I have a feeling she is not paying taxes or claiming less. During the original appointment she mapped and marked my eye brows uneven and wrong, I had to correct her. Then my eye brows lost most of pigment she said it's normal, her messages to me were legally written and with no customer services at all. I felt like she makes money off everyone, got a lawyer to write for her one sided consent that doesn't look after the customer and take cash only. You can't even call her, she doesn't take any calls. What kind of business is that if you can't even call? During touch up: 1) she changed the shape of my eye brows and they were uneven when she finished. She didn't even follow the previously marked shape!!! 2) during touch up my left eye brow was bleeding a lot, I asked her if we should stop she didn't stop and kept going. I was in a lot of pain and discomfort, she clearly was more concern to take my $200 for her time than to follow a proper procedure and look after the customer. 3) 3-4 days after touch up my left eye brow started to lose bloody scabs and now there a bold spot. 4) I feel that I will get scars on my left eye brow and also will need to find a different artist to correct the uneven shape. I messaged her and of course she came back with she didn't garantee results and won't correct anything and it was written with cold and legal language. She doesn't care about customer satisfaction and only want your money. Since she didn't want to correct her mistakes I asked her for refund, she refused to give any money back at all. I had been wanting to get my eyebrows microbladed but I had been a little scared. I have a bald spot in one of them and always been self conscious about it. I follow their page on Instagram and they posted they needed a model for one of their students. At first I was a little hesitant but I decided to DM them and luckily I was chosen. I went today and let me tell you I am absolutely in love with my eyebrows!! They are even now and look amazing! I wish I could remember the name of the student and the teacher but I was just so excited and happy how my eyebrows came out that I completely forgot their names. When I got there I was greeted by the teacher, she took me inside a room where the procedure would be done and the student was waiting there. She explained what the best procedure would be for me. Since I have oily skin she said microbladed/shading would be best for me. Loved how both the student and the teacher took their time to make sure my eyebrows came out great! The teacher was so patient with the student and she was there the whole time during the procedure guiding the student which made me feel really good. I drove out to the brow clinic LA all the way from San Bernardino county. Ana was amazing! Since I do have very textured skin due to acne scars, she was very clear and transparent with me about the healing process and possible retention loss. She was still able to proceed with our appointment. I love my brows so much! I was worried because of my indented scars, but Ana really did a great job on them.
