This was my second time getting a pedicure here. First time I went with a friend (we had appointment). Very friend staff and clean. Sat us right away. Someone came to start her pedicure and after almost 10 minutes they noticed I was still waiting and sent someone over. No big deal except then my pedicure was done before hers. A little annoying but thought I would give it another try. Went back on my own, with appointment. Again, staff super friendly and nice and sent to sit down immediately. Unfortunately, similar problem. Pedicure was only about 20 mins. and when I got home I realized she literally painted only 3/4 of most of my nails leaving the side portion undone. Also while there I noticed the topcoat on one nail was clumpy and she missed a portion but I figured I'd fix it at home. The prices are good, staff is friendly, and place is clean. I've lived in Howell for a couple years and I don't get my nails done often. I have a big event coming up and wanted a dip manicure. I reached out to the Instagram page and whoever responded was very helpful and booked an appointment for me. I showed up 10 min early for my appointment and was taken a half an hour after my appointment time. I understand it's busy, it's right before the holidays but that's not really fair to keep someone waiting that long and to just say have a seat. Tell me she's behind. I don't know who I'm going to, I've never been here before. When I was waiting , they had me sit in the nail drying chairs which were so hard and uncomfortable- they need padding or a pillow or something. Then they moved me to the pedicure chair, thankfully, which was a little bit more comfortable while I was waiting. My nails came out okay. The tech was very nice. I learned that they don't cut cuticles with the manicure I got, which is kind of disappointing. I did tell her I like them thinner and I feel like they're a little thick. When I checked out, I asked what the total was and was told one number, and when I checked the receipt, it included a fee, which was not the amount I was told. I don't care how much it was-but if someone is asking how much, tell them they are actually being charged including the fee. I have been coming here for three years. I had many pedicures and everyone is great! Mom and Priscilla are my go to! Walk ins for pedicure are easy to get. But my literal reason for living and coming here is Andy. I have been seeing Andy for three years and in that time I have moved from Central Jersey to Manhattan and continue to come here every three weeks just to see this man. He is such a good and genuine soul. I look forward to seeing him every three weeks. He genuinely cares about his customers and what they want. Something so small as getting your nails done and feeling good all the time makes a huge difference in your mood. And this man totally gets that and is a complete artist. He can do literally any shape, design, art, color match, anything you could think of. And his prices are exceptionally fair. If I got done anything like this in Manhattan, I would probably pay closer to 300-400. I have not seen anyone do artwork and nails the way that he does. I witnessed something extremely disturbing today. Someone who claimed To be the business owner made discriminatory remarks against a client. Not only did she accuse this poor woman of giving her less money, which she later found she proceeded to throw her out of the salon for standing her ground. She never apologized for accusing her. The woman did nothing wrong, and the owner either tried to steal money or was just careless. Either way I felt very uncomfortable with her behavior towards a client who did nothing wrong. To be honest it looked like racism and discrimination. I have everything on tape and planning on showing this to Chanel 12 news. Noone should be treated like that. I have been going to Bond intermittently for several years. The people who work there are pleasant and for the most part do a very good job. Although there seems to be a lot of staff turnover. My main concern is that the place always seems to need a good cleaning. Many seriously dirty looking surfaces, including customer contact ones. And that makes me wonder about the infection risk. I mean, Does that mean that instrument disinfection is lax too? I don't want to take that chance. I'm gonna have to look for a new place. i came in with nails from another salon and i asked for a color change. i was told at the door that it would be 20. i usually pay 35 for my fill however i was charged 30 to repolish my acrylics. i almost didn't want to tip. terrible customer service. this salon is going downhill it's so sad. editing my review because this lady is tricky with words however, when I called over the phone, I said that I didn't like the sparkles that the other salon did. Those were just the design nails. There was only two of them. I was told by the employee that I should get all of my nails done because it's gonna be the same price. I did not need all of my nails changed. I just needed the design fixed so that should've been specified to me and therefore there is awful customer service. Why would anyone pay 30 to have the color changed? Obviously you had to leave that part out if I was just coming for a design it should've been 10 not even 20. But seeing all these bad reviews now, I understand why you have to scam people and take their money. I never asked about the price over the phone maybe you should communicate with your employees a little bit better because they're lying to you . I was told it was 20 when I arrived never thought that it would be an extra $10 more and after spending all day nail salons I didn't feel like picking a fight, but you had shitty service and so I'm leaving you a shitty review. I know I had seen a post online about one of our local salon raising their prices. I had seen a few people recommend Bond Beauty Nails & Spa so I checked them out while I was in the area. I had a gel manicure, same as I always get at the other salon. I went to Bond Beauty on Monday. By Friday morning 4 nails were chipped and peeling off. By this morning (Monday) two of those ripped and broke the nail. I will be returning to my regular salon since their manicures last almost a month before even seeing any signs of chipping or lifting. I've been going to bond beauty for about a month now and I am extremely pleased with the service and the layout of the salon! The salon is beautiful, clean and organized unlike a lot of the salons in the area. So it is a pleasant experience. As far as making appointments for my nails, I'm the type of person who is super last minute and Bond Beauty caters to my needs by allowing me to walk in with just a call only 10 minutes before. I've been going to Christine since I started coming here and she is fabulous! She's so sweet, does an great job with my nails, they always look perfect and last a long time. (I usually get the regular gel manicure) I've gotten a pedicure by Dat and he's great! I'm also only in the nail salon for no longer than 35-40 minutes each time so it's very fast and convenient for people with a busy schedule. Everyone at Bond Beauty is extremely accommodating and want to give their customers the best possible experience. Also their prices are awesome! It's only $23 for a gel manicure which is a lot cheaper than other nail salons in the area and they do a fabulous job! The gels usually last me a little over 2 weeks with no silly chips or anything like that. I'd highly recommend Bond Beauty to anyone looking for a new nail salon or looking to get pampered. I went Tuesday for a gel pedicure. I got seated and the girl never filled the tub. I picked my polish. They didn't have it. So I settled for a different one. And it wasn't even that color! I chose a color and the girl comes back to say they don't have it or the whole row of colors it's in (all colors I liked) so then I pick another color and THEY DON'T HAVE IT. Just got my nails done with my sister at Bond Beauty. Let's start with the establishment. Beautiful space, very spa like, spacious, tv and music on, and all proper Covid requirements in place. (Temperature check upon arrival, masks and gloves and plastic dividers, hands washed upon entering). Staff was also pleasant. Now the negative. I got a full acrylic set. My technician did my nails in about 15 minutes which I have never in all my life experienced. The nails are too small for my own natural nail bed and when I pointed this out he said not to worry. No oil applied to my cuticles. No trimming or pushing back of the cuticles. No base coat. No hand lotion. Nothing. Now the pedicure. A different technician did my feet and good grief , it took almost an hour !!!! For a basic pedicure!!! She was so sweet but it does not take an hour for a pedicure :( My sister got a basic manicure, also no hand massage no lotion, no cuticle oil and also no base coat . Her nails aren't filed evenly either. Will not be coming back here. Also overly priced. read more

All nail techs are extremely friendly and helpful, even if I'm indecisive about colors or designs. I've witnessed some awfully rude clients treat the nail techs so meanly, and they always are so poised and dignified about it! my first time coming here was on sunday after it being highly recommend towards me. i had an appointment with kelly but something came up and she canceled it so i had to go with someone else. . i like how the salon takes covid protocols. i ended up going with sunny i believe who did a good-ish job. but upon arrival i waited 45 minutes for him to take me. my appointment was at 12:30pm and i didn't get seen till 1:10pm ish. he worked pretty fast and didn't seem to work on the shape much and rushedbut the wait was ridiculous. for a full set of gel nails it was $50 which is an average price. i had to come back today (2 days later) since one of my nails just popped right off. i waited 45 minutes before getting so fed up i just had to leave. all i needed to get seen for was a simple nail repair. the lady at the front kept telling him he had a nail repair and he completely ignored her. he took 3 people before i just left. definitely don't come here unless you want to waist your time. update: it's been one week since i've got my nails done. the quality of these nails are absolutely horrible. 3 feel off in a week. usually i never have nails fall off. I have been hearing about the idea for a new salon for a bit now, with the idea and plans to expand and create a new salon that was open, spacious and modern and now it is finally completed. I made my first appointment at the new salon, walked in and took a good look around, seeing the completed salon had really far surpassed what I had expected- just WOW!!! I immediately got the feeling of spaciousness, the Technician areas though separate actually flowed and it all looked very modern with the salon walls having been painted a bright crisp clean color with silver and sparkle accents all of it truly making the final outcome both warm and inviting yet very chic. Simply fantastic!! Our favorite Nail Technicians have new beautiful nail stations that are roomy for both the client and the Technician, plenty of elbow room to design and create, making your nail and beauty appointments comfortable, the pedicure chairs are plush and comfortable and the polish wall is easily accessible now with every color imaginable without being in the way of the waiting area, of course with the NEW location being right next to the old salon I couldn't be happier. read more

I actually saw her grab someone before me after I had already been waiting an hour. I've been to Bond Beauty a couple of times when I'm in the area and they provide exceptional service.First of all, they are great with a accommodating appointments which is a big plus to me! Secondly, with COVID I'm very paranoid with an establishment not taking the necessary precautious they need to, in order to keep everyone safe. But I don't have any fears here because they sanitize every chance they have! I was very impressed. My to go persons are Andy and Anh. Andy is fast with great listening skills. I usually, give him an idea of what I want and he executes it! He really goes above and beyond with his designs and I never ever felt like he's rushing to get to the next client. He's so cute too! Not that it really matters. Lol Anh, she usually does my waxing. I've been to plenty of places where it was so painful but Anh has the magic touch! She's quick, precise and such a sweetheart. I think it's disgusting to let a young girl sit waiting when she had an appointment. To accommodate your regulars or walk ins and my daughter had an appointment for tips and they left her sitting there like she was invisible (women owned) should be ashamed of yourself. I stopped going here after a year of going once a month. Once I made the switch from gel nails to powder dip, I found this place to be really un accommodating. They do have powder colors but DO NOT have any samples of their colors. So every time you want a certain color it's a guessing game and they get annoyed because they have to go through several colors to get it right. The simple solution would be to create nail samples of each color, but they won't because as I was told, "powder dip is not popular." Then why have it at all??? As a hairstylist I have up on doing my nails a long time ago because they would always chip, break, etc from work but 16 days later and my nails are still thriving. How this place gets good reviews is horribly astonishing. I made an appointment for 4:30 with the receptionist. I waited until 4:46, as they gave the tech Trish another customer which I was booked for an appointment with. The tools were not sanitized, the pedicure was 15 minutes long. The girl who did my nails told me there was no more hot towels because it was 5:00. I asked why do the make appointments this late then. I don't mind spending money when it's a good job. Don't ever use this place, unsanitary, bad service and very bad job. They should have offered a refund. I immediately canceled my nail appointment. Save your money and give any place else. read more

I'm not usually one to wrote reviews, twice I've been there and both have been awful experience. first I had a manicure on my natural nails and the dude went at my fingers with the Dremel. completely destroyed my nail beds after months of letting them grow out after years of gels... His claim was "prepping mail bed for polish..I was a walk in so as uoset as I was I chalked it up to that. They never actually give you an appointment with someone who actually knows what they are doing... this second time someone gave me a gift certificate and I actually made an appointment after asking around with someone who came highly recommended. It's a pedicure after all what could possibly go wrong??? well I show up 15 min early for my appointment. I said "I have an 11:30 and the woman at the front responded "go wash your hands" I paused and thought ok Covid, and said "did you check me in?" she turned around from chatting with coworkers wiggled the mouse and said "yeah you're in" I never gave her my name, how is this possible. after washing my hands she said sit in the last chair and yelled "MOM, pedicure!". my appointment was with angel. I thought maybe she's sitting up the foot bath. Nope. this little woman comes out of the back and starts chopping away at me nails. Sweetest little thing on the planet. Funny and just a great conversation. however I walked out with polish all over my cuticles and my heels (after going at them with a cheese grater??) are literally shredded. the skin on my heels is actually getting caught on fabric. I used the gift card and gave that balance to someone else. it's just an awful place and that woman at the front being so dismissive was just such an infuriating experience never never never again. all bad I did tip the woman. This place was packed and I felt rushed with making a decision regarding design and color. My nails weren't finished when I was moved to the pedicure chair and they completely smudged. When I moved back to finish my nails they just quickly cleaned them off and painted over them. By the next day, I had spots stuck in the paint because they weren't fully dry when they were cleaned with alcohol. I doubt I will be back due to this and I wish I could say I was happier with the end result. read more
