Tiffany is AMAZING and I know of SO many people who have come to her to get their brows microbladed! I live in San Antonio, but made the trip because there just wasn't anyone here that had as good of work as Tiffany. I came with my friends and she was able to do 3 of us in one day! Two of us did microblading and the other one did ombré. Since it was 3 of us, Tiffany used her time wisely so that we weren't stuck there forever waiting. She mapped out the brows one of us, numbed the area, and while one of us was waiting for the numbing cream to kick in, she mapped someone else's brows. I feel like the brow mapping took longer than the actual microblading because Tiffany is such a perfectionist. She really wants to make your brows twins (which is almost naturally impossible lol), but Tiffany makes it possible!!! She played around with the shapes and asked what I preferred, but also made suggestions that compliment my face shape. Tiffany also looked at my friend (with a darker complexion) and straight up told her that microblading would be a waste of her money and that she should do ombré. She's so honest and won't take your money or let you waste your money on something that isn't going to last. Honesty and decency is hard to find nowadays, and Tiffany is the sweetest and most honest business person I have met. Why did I wait so long to get this done! I am a professional woman living and Louisiana. Every day I woke up and had to draw my eyebrows in. Some days looked better than others depending on if i was in a hurry or not. And sometimes that didn't matter. I have researched every microblade company that existed in my area and in Houston. If you are looking for exceptional service, wonderful customer care, and a professional business owner, I would highly recommend any other microblading person but Tiffany Tran. Tiffany was recommended to me by a friend who had their eyebrows done by her, which is why I chose her. I made an appointment in early December, and I arrived Saturday 12 / 15 / 18, (after driving 1 hour 20 minutes) for my appointment to have my eyebrows microbladed by Tiffany. The exact moment that I was walking into the facility, Tiffany called me, and started profusely apologizing, saying that she had double booked, and that she could no longer take me at my scheduled time, but I could come back at 1pm and she could squeeze me in. I was furious. Tiffany advised me that because I was 5 minutes late (which she knew, because I had told her I was running late due to traffic, and she told me not to worry, and to "take my time"), that a walk in had come in during that time frame, and she had taken that walk in instead of me. The facility that she operates out of advised me that this was a lie, and that the customer she had taken had booked their appointment weeks ago. I still don't know which one was lying to me. I spent over an hour commuting to see her, spent appx. $20 in tolls, all to be greeted, and turned away, by a business owner who is incapable of appointment management, and lacks customer service. Ridiculously disappointed with how she handled this situation, and how she brushed me off. When I told my friend what happened, she advised me she knew of 2 other people that Tiffany had done this to. She clearly is incapable of running a business professionally. read more
