I went there after seeing an ad in a community guide. I am very picky about my eyebrows and have tried 3-4 different places. One of my favorites was out of the way and inconvenient...The mall felt way rushed, but very convenient. This place was perfect. They did a very careful job and made sure I approved. The hours and location are also very convenient, right off the 91fwy and open into the evening hours. I can definitely see myself stopping here after work. Very nice work, massage and friendly. Yay! I was in Fullerton visiting a friend and was in desperate need of an eyebrow clean up they were in bad shape!! I am SO glad I found this place. Sara did my eyebrows and she did an incredible job. I now am going to have to drive 30 miles for my eyebrows... I am that hooked. I have never gotten my eyebrows threaded and have only gotten them waxed a few times. That being said, I was going through growing the heck out of my eyebrows, because I was a fatality of the super thin eyebrows of the 90s craze. I came to Brow Mantra and Sara did my eyebrows. She was very understanding of what I wanted, and did a fantastic job! I will be coming back again once it's time to get them done again. I am really digging my new natural eyebrows. read more

I love this place! I'm always in and out in 10 minutes, almost painless and my brows looks awesome every time.

First time in, parked on the side of the building, 20 minutes maximum meter, was in and out in 11 minutes. It was 2 pm on a friday, very surprised with how fast they got me in and out. My experience here wasn't good at all. Their pricing changed but they didn't change it on the website. The lady who threaded my brows cut my eyelid. She didn't even apologize and just kept threading even when I was squinting and flinching because it hurt. After she was done she gave me the mirror but took it from me really quick like she just wanted me to leave. I didn't notice that there is an actual cut on my eyelid until I got home. Unfortunately I don't know her name but I wouldn't recommend going to her. She didn't even do a good job at my brows. read more

I come here every 3 weeks to get an eyebrow and lip threading services. Jeena has transformed my once waxed brows, so beautiful and full! I wouldn't trust anyone like I trust her! First time visiting this branch, did not like the service at all. The lady who did my full face was not friendly and it seemed like she is unhappy. I understand people could have bad days but she also did not do a very good job with my eyebrows and I got a thread cut on my eyebrow. I will not have threading again with her if I ever go back to this branch. read more

pleasant experience and reasonable prices. went on a Wednesday evening around 3-4pm. wait time was about 5 minutes. they had only one brow specialist and then after that it was me. I thought the staff was really friendly and they have a fridge full of sodas and drinks for sale if you want to quench your thirst. stylist was very cordial and respectful to my requests and did not give me any attitude when I asked her to take a little bit more from one side. I always come here because Mary does an amazing job with my brows .I drive 20 mins just to come here . The other day however I waited over 15 mins and when it was finally my turn .The lady began asking me why my brows were not even .I said Mary did my brows last .She kepted asking me over 3 times with an attitude if I had tweezed them .I finally said As I told u before Mary does my brows I don't tweeze them . I wouldn't be here If I did them myself .Not only was I frustrated but yet there was 10 people waiting .I just walked out I didn't come here for u to Patronize me for something I didn't do and be little me .Im sorry But Now & days people should be thankful they have a job and truthfully even if my brows were un even wouldn't it be her Job to fix them !? .I will not be coming here again and I know the owner Anita, she is a really nice person that comes to see me at my job all the time .I will start going to a different threading studio .In the end its all about How you talk to people :) read more

ever since prince left nothing is the same if anisha was not there then honestly i wont even go i say it's a waste of $9 to even go i don't like the new employees when i got my eyebrows done for the club that day my honest opinion horrible one was shorter than the other one , yeah not where i want to go again ... what i really liked about prince is the nice massage and well service ! read more

Definitely stopped coming here due to their inconsistency! They take away and bring back happy hour when ever, super random! The last 2 times I came were bad experiences due to the fact that the lady doing my brows was in a rush and left them uneven and there was still residual hair that needed to be removed. Another thing was, prior to them doing my brows I would always tell them how I wanted them and it seemed like they didn't hear me & I would end up paying for a crappy job. My sister and I had been coming for years and never had any bad experiences until today. I was so upset with the service we got today by one of the ladies who was helping in the front. I was called up 3 times then they made me sit back down every time and called different people who supposedly had appointments. I waited about 45-50 minutes just to get my eyebrows done. My sister had been waiting longer than I had and just when she thought she was next they called up another girl (no appointment) who had gotten there 20-30 minutes after us, so I spoke up and said that my sister had been waiting for almost an hour. I guess some girl lied and said she was my sister. They attended her and crossed out my sisters name. The staff didn't even pay attention to who had appointments and who didn't nor did they pay attention to who had gone up, because one of the ladies was convinced that my sister had already been attend. Horrible experience & bad service from her. Jena is actually very nice. I haven't had experience with the other ladies, so I can't say anything about them, but I am never coming back. If you do come, make an appointment and make it known who you are and when your appointment time is. read more

This place overcharges for hair removal in the lower chin area. They claim that the lower chin area is not the chin; then what the heck is it called? They count it as part of the neck, even though I didn't get any hair removed on my neck. I have never been to a place that charges $8 just because I wanted hair removed from my lower chin only. I came here after a friend had referred me to come see Gina. I had nothing but a great experience. When I signed in Gina had two people waiting before me. She was done in no time, it felt like I only waited 10 minutes. Just make sure you don't wear any makeup because it will get smudged due to the tears the slight pain. I got my upper lip and brows threaded. For my first time, I envisioned it to be more painful and to my surprise my brows were less painful than waxing. I ended up spending 12 bucks before tip!! wonderful place. i first walked in there 2 1/2 years ago to get my mom's hair cut and to get a henna tattoo for me. the owner and i got to talking and i asked her for her opinion on my eyebrows. she said they looked like hockey sticks and looking back now, i completely agree. she set me up with MARY and I have been seeing her ever since. I now live in Covina, CA, but I still make the drive down there every 2 weeks. only $12 to do my brows and upper lip. i always give $15 though, but everyone is different. great place to go. would highly recommend it. they also have another location in garden grove, but i have never been there. always be sure to ask for MARY. she's awesome and very caring, especially for first timers. and btw, i do get compliments on my brows. i love it. read more

A friend recommended I come here and I'm so glad! I have been looking for a new place ever since the lady that usually does my eyebrow wax no longer works at the location. Needless to say, I'm done with waxing and will come to get my eyebrows threaded here from now on. I have only gone twice and have already received compliments on my eyebrows. And I like how the lady put hand sanitizer on her hands before she did the threading which from personal (gross) experience I really appreciate that she did that. read more
