Anu and Atula are amazing. Used to give this place 5 stars but just got it done by someone else and she took off half my eyebrow. My eyebrows are my favorite feature and Atula and Anu do amazing but DO NOT go to anyone but them. This lady was awful at threading, I have been getting my eyebrows and full face done for years. I then asked to get them tinted to make it look a little better and she left dye above my eyebrows as well, I left crying and she did not care one bit. Never going to this lady again. All I can say us RENUKA IS THE BEST!! I've been getting my eyebrows threaded here for over a year now and refuse to go anywhere else. They just opened an SOI by my house in Frisco but I still go to the one in Plano because that's the only location Renuka works at. I love the easy computer check in, it's only $10 for eyebrow threading, and Renuka is so quick that I'm usually in and out in no more than 10 minutes (if no one us in front of me). read more

This was my first eyebrow threading experience and I was really impressed! I've had my eyebrows waxed before and it HURTS like the dickens and I've had my skin break-out or get burned by the wax before so I swore I'd never wax my eyebrows again. Lo and behold, I have friends start telling me about eyebrow threading and I see this place when I'm shopping. It's cool because you can either call ahead for an appointment, or check-in on a little computer when you walk in and your name goes on the list for the next available person. Very easy! First, let me tell you it's FAST. I think I was sitting in the chair for 5 minutes and she was done and my eyebrows looked amazing! Way better than anytime I've ever had them waxed and although it did hurt (feels like being pinched on the eyebrow line over and over) to me it didn't hurt as much as waxing the eyebrows. Second, they look SO GOOD right when you're done. They also sweep your brows with an aloe mixture so your skin doesn't look angry and red all day like it would with waxing. I was super happy with it! They lost a star because they're $10 for your eyebrows and my friends told me later that it's very overpriced and most places charge $3 - $5. I'm probably going to go try one of the places my friends go to that's less expensive, but this place is by no means bad at all and everyone is so friendly!! I've been coming here for almost 2 years now and will never come back. I came in around 11:30am today and the lady who did my brows cut up my left brow pretty bad. She also made it noticeably shorter than my right one. She saw the blood on my brow and didn't say anything. I guess this is the type of service $10 gets you. The service is always on point. The girls inside are super friendly. There usually is no wait but in weekend expect to wait a little. The only frustration is the check in system. They switched to new software on the check in and it doesn't work very well. If they can make the check in less frustrating I would be so happy! :) and bring back the stamp card! read more

Very disappointed with the service I had today. Went in for a brow thread, when she finished I politely asked her if she could go back and tweeze off a few strands that she had missed from my left eyebrow. She then goes to PUT ON her glasses and completely over thins my brow when I had asked her to take only the few strands that I had seen. When I check to see them again, they are the thinnest I've ever had them with a deep arch. It does not match the right brow like not even close. I have one super thin, arched brow and one more thick, straight brow. Told me that she'll go in to the one she hadn't messed up on and thin them out just as much to make it match the one I didn't like? Was not offered aloe vera. This is not the first time I've had bad service with them. Will not be visiting again. read more

Renuka is the best stylist there. I've been going to her for years and if she ever leaves or stops doing threading, I'll cry. I get tons of compliments on my eyebrows after every session with Renuka. Even when I don't have time to come in and end up with crazy bush brows, she shapes them perfectly. I never have to worry about them being too thin or uneven. She knows what she's doing. She's also super sweet so if you have any concerns, you can let her know beforehand (it's always good to remind any stylist what you want; not to thin, avoid this area, etc.) I always schedule an appointment beforehand to make sure she's available. I tried this place for eyebrow and upper lips threading. Stylist was nice, wait wasn't long, and no appointment needed. During the whole threading process, the thread broke three times, and I felt more pain than my previous experience with another stylist from a different store. I noticed couple bumps above left eyebrow and redness after several hours. Now it's three days passed, I still have little redness above both eyebrows and more bumps above left eyebrow. Doli is amazing!!! I moved here and I looked this place up on google just needing to get my eyebrows done, I came in and Doli took me within 5 min she did an amazing quick job and so friendly. I then realized they did Brazilian and I asked her if she could take me, she said they usually do appointments but because it was slow she took me right away and WOW. LADIES..... the BEST Brazilian wax I have ever gotten! She was so sweet & gentle; although I have a high pain tolerance but she made sure to take her time and she got every hair. She's very detail oriented, not like other waxing places that leave strays and you come home disappointed. She makes you feel so comfortable if you're the shy type (I'm not) and on top of it all it was greatly priced and affordable. I wanted to see Maya based upon reviews. After calling and being told that she was available, I came in to discover that she was doing a waxing client and wouldn't be free for 30-40 minutes. I was very disappointed and apprehensive but I decided to go ahead with the other threader, an older woman with nicely arched and full brows. I told her about my concerns with my slow growing and asymmetrical brows and explicitly stated what I wanted my brows to look like. I don't know why I bothered because she didn't follow it at all--she removed hair from the top of my right brow which already sits lower on my face than the left. So now my brows are in completely different positions in relation to one another. Then she shortened the brow by removing hair off the tail and cut the hairs short giving the brow a round thin appearance when I wanted my brows to be full. Afterwards I told her what I disliked and she didn't seem to really understand. She explained why she left hair on the top of the left eyebrow (which was not related to my concerns I was relaying at all). I'm pretty unhappy...I should have trusted my instincts and just left rather than been impatient and settled for someone other than who I came to see. Lesson learned. The only good thing is the price is fair. read more

I came back for my monthly eyebrow threading! Perfect service as always, nothing different from my previous review. I tried the eyebrow powder that I promised to try, and I loved it! It looks much better than the Anastasia powder that I have, and is much cheaper! I ended up buying the powder for $12. You can use a little and it makes a huge difference without being too heavy on the brows. I would definitely ask to try it before buying to see which shade works best for you! read more

I used to love this place! I went and there were 2 women I had never seen before. The lady rushed through threading my eyebrows! They look horrible- she did not shape them.
