The person who answered the phone was rude and quoted me $150 just for the service call, plus an additional $1.14 per mile. Throughout the conversation, he gave the impression that he was not interested in taking the job. I even offered to meet him at a location that would be more convenient, but he dismissed the idea and told me that this is not what their business is about and that I should go to a tire shop instead. I waited about an hour, and took some work calls. I appreciated the desk set up and plenty of comfy chairs with free wifi.
