My regular PCP moved to the ER and I was assigned a new PCP through Multicare. However, when I needed to be seen for a physical, I was told that I would have to wait 6 weeks for the first appointment just to meet my newly assigned PCP to establish care... and of course, a copay was expected for that visit. Dr Rietze accepts text messages and phone calls and responds within a day, offering a visit within the next few days, if necessary, but never more than a couple weeks out if non-urgent. She takes her time with me and truly cares about my health... and I'm saving so much money, even on top of insurance premiums! Well kids, I'm here to tell you that woodchipper blades are sharp and dangerous even when not running. Anyway, the staff took great care of me. They were friendly, and professional while still being funny. And I later received a thank you note from Dr. Ragan, and RN's Brittany and Kelly. Next time I lean on a woodchipper blade BCH will definitely be my go to!
