I like to have them cleaned up and then do maintenance for a few months on my own. I decided to give this place a shot because the reviews were amazing and they looked like they did great work. I texted and asked if I could walk in. They usually only do appointments but they were kind enough to squeeze me in. I got my eye brows waxed and also had a brow mapping for the first time and you guysssss!!!! My eyebrows never looked better! Victoria was informative, explaining every step throughout the process and making me comfortable. Victoria was very knowledgeable and showed great passion for what she does. All of her prices are listed per service on the website & in my opinion entirely generous for the quality you walk out with! Victoria has spent hours training & perfecting her skill- she's beyond knowledgeable in her practice & also has an insane knack for PERFECT color matching. She takes her time to make sure you love what you see in the mirror, and impressively has you walking out of there feeling like a brand new, beautiful woman in an hour or less! I love the window in this new studio- the natural light does bring a nice touch to the atmosphere. But she's very accommodating & there is total privacy for services such as bikini area. If you want to zone out & just relax- not a problem! We tend to chat through my appointments, which I appreciate because it distracts me from that dreaded pull! But on that note- a true professional knows exactly how to make waxing bearable instead of painful. She's got the perfect, gentle touch & I swear I barely even noticed most of it! Plus, the the aftercare oil really helps to soothe the skin. I don't have any irritation & the slight redness faded within 30 minutes or less. Before my appointment yesterday, I had never had my brows laminated before, I was always really nervous because of how coarse my brow hairs are, and my very faded, previously done micro blading I had done years ago somewhere else. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I recently moved from California and left my brow lady that I was loyal to behind. I came to Tempe and went to a place that I thought would be good without doing enough research and GOD how I hated myself for that after. Since December I've been trying to grow my eyebrows back and when I finally thought I got to a good point I started actually doing my research and Victoria's brows popped up on my page. IT WAS MEANT TO BE!!. I don't encourage booking last minute but I did and Victoria was so accommodating. She mapped my eyebrows to perfection and made sure I was happy with my brows before she went in to make any changes. I wanted to be done with this nightmare, but there are many inconsistencies with Crisdela's response to my review. I will list them here: The appointment was fine until it was done and the work was subpar. My concern of no color at the beginning of the brow was addressed as soon as I got out of the chair so not sure what Criselda is talking about there. Criselda told me to wait until they heal. I guess what was really being said was wait to come back and pay more money. The other issues were noticed later after I was not in shock anymore (and I got feedback from my friends and family) at the difference from the "mapping" to the PERMANENT TATTOO and I addressed them via text once I got ahold of Criselda after the original review and I was contacted. Criselda knew I was not satisfied after the appointment but made excuses like I said in my review (bone structure and waiting for it to heal). It was NEVER discussed with me AT ANY TIME that because I had no eyebrows that a follow up would be required to complete the work. Criselda just said it was more complicated to do but never said it could come out uneven, etc. and then let me decide about the risk. I am just sharing my honest experience because I did not get what was paid for. The attorney that gifted me the experience felt so bad that he offered to pay for the "follow-up". I said absolutely not, I would never go back and it is not his fault. That is not what I want. I wanted to be stress free about my eyebrows. read more
