Keep in mind that your car will be on as they use your car to help steam the inside. They completely cleaned my interior and even put new floor mats to keep my carpet from getting dirty. The only part that was a little stressful for me was finding them as they are located in the hotel parking lot but that isn't enough to dock a star from this review.

I made my appointment 2 weeks prior so the fact that I wasn't made aware of this fee until the night before the service is crazy.
