I do have two complaints which have resulted in a four star rating. The first complaint is that they need to angle the blowers better so that cars are dried more efficiently. The second complaint is that they rush cars through, packing them to close, and I had a near miss incident one day, and my husband actually got hit by another car in the tunnel when that car got stuck due to its large tires. They really need to space these cars out in case there's an incident so that no one collides with anyone else.

So, if you get a rock chip and it hasn't spread immediately, don't take your car through a car…read morewash. Oops. That was really stupid. Now rather than filling a little star-shaped rock chip, I'm replacing the entire windshield. To be fair, I'd forgotten about the rock chip when the car went through the car wash. If you need to replace a windshield or fill a rock chip, you can book an appointment easily online with Safelite. Very efficient and fast service. We were there before the place opened, just before 8 a.m. on a weekday, as the appointment was at 8. Do you need new wipers? They have them. Do you also need a special coating on your new windshield, so that water just runs off it, they got it. Just pay more. They are probably competitive to other places for new windshield wipers unless you do them yourself. We waited for the car in the waiting room, but they didn't take long to have the new windshield in place. We were advised not to go through a car wash with the new windshield for the next 24 hours. No worries there.
