I took my 2024 truck through and got what they call the ultimate wash. I noticed paint flakes on the windshield after the wash completed. I notified the attendant and he said yep it took the paint off must have the pressure to high. I notified the owner and he laughed and said I'm protected by my insurance so tough luck for you. I take my truck there usually once a week because I have a very expensive ceramic coating. Most of the time I get a great wash but occasionally there are still watersheds left afterward. I go to this place because it's touchless. I used to go to Mr. Carwash and they left a scratch almost the full length of my truck and then denied it. Touchless is the only way to go. . read more

This is what car wash plazas the works gets you. Went to the one on freya / Thor across from Fred meyers. The garage doors also weren't closed during washes so if you didn't want any product on your car , well too bad. Now you have cheaper clear coat trash on your paint. read more

Whoa! This place is no bueno! Brought my car here to shampoo out the carpets (sucks having beige carpets in an SUV). Anyway, the shampooer worked great.... let's talk about the rest.... Ran my card through the first time, no success. Ran a second time, it beeped and loaded money to the machine... I thought, ok cool. Did my carpet cleaning. My wife wanted to finish my floor mats and I had no time left from my session so she got her card out. Ran it through the reader back and forth about 9 times. No beep, no money was loaded to the machine, no nothing. Decided that my mats were good enough and didn't need the extra vacuum so we paid the $1 for 20 seconds of vanilla fragrance that wasn't even worth it. Then left. This morning my wife looked at her bank account and there were 9 charges $10 a piece from this car wash.. (so $90 total)....Apparently, the times she swiped her card and it didn't beep-or even load money onto the machine- it was really still taking the money from her account. Thank god we have STCU... she called and reported the charges to our bank as they are fraudulent. We will never be back. Awful experience. read more

Went to the Nevada Car Wash Plaza, Had the "Works" done to my car with the automatic car wash. What a joke for $16. It didn't even totally soap my car it left about a 1 foot line down the middle. When it was done I pulled over to the vacuum to dry it off and noticed it was still dirty. Went over to the guy in charge and he said the rewash guarantee is for him to wash it in the do it yourself wash area. So he rewashed my car, get this using a BRUSH. For a company that brags about being touchless, it was really funny that the rewash uses a brush. Unless I do it myself I am going to go to one of the other Brush type carwashes on the Northside of Spokane and get it actually cleaned right the first time. read more

I used the self serve wash for 4:22 and was charged $10. It said it was $3 for 3 minutes but did not say how much after that. I guess it was $7 for that 1:22. Also, the hose had barely any pressure and was inconsistent, so my car didn't even get clean! This place is terrible. read more

On 10/26/2018 I got my truck washed and paid the $14.00 with a $20. The machine said it was out of change and the receipt said they owe me $6.00. It instructed me to see the cashier. There was no one minding the shop. Since that time I have been back approximately 6 times and nobody is ever there. I finally called 509 496 5439 and a young man answered. He told me to come by on a "nice" day. It was a nice day when I washed my truck and people were washing there vehicles today. I am quite upset at his response and laxidasical attitude. My boyfriend and I took the boat here to wash. The boat is over 13 ft on a trailer, and the car wash is 12ft. Instead of turning us away, the guy working, he may have been the manager.. helped us pull in as far as we could so we were able to wash it. He also helped me use the coin machine (it didn't like my $20 bill) and got it to work the first try of course. He was very friendly and helpful. Everything worked great. Took my dog into the Argonne Plaza to wash him at Ritzy's Dog Spa. Now I haven't visited this location before, but found the 2 sinks available, clogged & previous dog hair still in the tub. Their is a large hook available for a towel & leash, but apparently that's where the blower hose is supposed to hang? This leaves no place to put personal belongings into or on while washing your pup? Their is ample room on the sink top, if you wish your stuff wet? Not worth what they charge AT ALL. The automatic car wash was ok, nothing great and maybe a $5 car wash quality at best.... I paid for the second one down from the highest priced one. The part where they really earned a review from me though was the vacuums. Not only do you have to pay a $1 for every 4 minutes, the vacuums were by far the crappiest vacuums I have ever used! I drove there to get a VISA credit but there was no employee onsite contrary to their website assertion that they have an employee onsite. Awful. Bought the works. Car came out looking maybe 30% cleaner. Plus added a bunch of spots to my hood that was previously clean. No attendant on site even though place was packed and weather was nice. Called cust service. No help. Said attendant was coming from his house and I'd have to wait however long that took. Just moved to Spokane. Took 2019 Grand Cherokee in from ash, smoke and normal dirt. Went through auto wash. Rear ram of wash actually hit the back hatch door causing $2500. Met with owner the next day and watched a video. He claims I backed into his wash machine. The machine had made two full passes before hitting my car. The machine stopped upon impact and left me with a suds filled vehicle. The body shop agreed that the damage was caused from something hitting the car from the top coming down and not pushed in like I backed into his machine. Now I am fighting with my insurance and the very rude and unprofessional owner. His statement "Call your insurance company and let them try to get any money out of me. This happens all the time." From the amount of negative reviews this man/business needs to be turned into the BBB and even have OSHA check out the safety features on all his equipment. Bad experience for being new to Spokane. The automatic wash is an absolute waste of money. I purchased the most expensive option, thinking I would get the best results. WRONG. I ended up hand washing my car because it was almost as dirty as when I pulled in. My car is a 2016 with a paint coating/sealer, and still the automatic wash failed to clean it. The first time I came here, my car didn't get clean in the auto wash. I decided to invoke the guarantee but it took quite a while to track down the attendant. He had me go into a manual wash bay, stuck a couple quarters in and had me wash it off myself and drive away wet. Today I got the basic auto wash but the blower didn't activate at the end of the cycle. The attendant said that the basic doesn't include the blower but puts a spotless rinse on it. I then noticed that my car wasn't clean again but drove home to find it spotty as well. read more
