The crawlspace had evidence of a small animal (excrement, torn insulation). I asked them to clean everything and they did a Fantastic job (EVEN the Crawlspace!!). They put on the hazmat suits I provided and got that basement into a phenomenal condition. This was a dirty job and was rejected by other cleaning services we had contacted. They were the only ones that said... No problem, We'll get it done. This is the second time using them and I can't recommend them enough. They not only took out the old caulk around the tile and replaced it, but also the clear caulk between the glass and the framing. And not only that, they cleaned all the tile, grout, and glass surround. Pete was meticulous. He did an even better color-matching job of the caulk than what was there originally.He also found some areas under the entrance to the shower stall that had never been caulked. You had to lay on the floor and look up under the doorway to the shower to be able to see it, and he found it and fixed it. The scope of work was poorly assessed from the start. A FaceTime call was used to provide the initial quote-- an approach I would not recommend for this type of work. Once on-site, it became clear that not all of the quoted services were necessary, yet Sir Grout refused to adjust the price, insisting we were bound to the original agreement regardless. Most reputable companies would reassess the work order upon arrival and charge fairly for what was actually completed. We ended up paying for work we did not need.
