I bake and eat quite a bit of desserts, so I know it's been at least a few days. But if it was fresher, I would imagine it to taste great since the chocolate cream and chocolate ganache was good. For the high price tag, I would hope for fresher slices. I think one of the cake slice was $14 and I forgot how much the other slice was.
