I wanted to get the steak and potatoes but it was $50+ which I thought was a bit steep for just steak and potatoes. I opted for the blackened salmon which was cooked perfectly with delicious broccoli and mashed potatoes on the side that were also cooked perfectly. The gnocchi had a perfect consistency with a non-overwhelming sauce so also phenomenally done. The two drinks I got: Same Place and Maple Manhattan were well-made with each component complementing each other well and not overpowering one another. If you like tequila and manhattans I think you will be happy. Service: The servers were very attentive and made sure we were taken care of the entire visit especially with the waters. Huge kudos! Ambiance: I will say because the inside space is a bit tight and small, having conversation when the restaurant was busy proved a bit difficult but if that is the case they do have seating right outside in the lobby area and having conversations there should not be an issue. Our waitress, Nikki was helpful and fun. The menu's extensive. Most diners can find something. We started our meal with the fried mushrooms. They came with a side of ranch dressing and were so good. The place has ample seating and is clean and fresh inside. I was drawn to Jimmy's by their extensive menu. It was super easy for my dad and I to both find exactly what we wanted to eat for breakfast. I had avocado toast with an egg over easy and bacon. The egg was perfectly cooked. The bacon could've been cooked a tad bit crispier for my liking. My dad ordered the Classic Combo and added a side of grits. He is pretty particular about his breakfast, particularly the balance of the value vs the taste, quality and quantity (as one should be) and he raved about his meal and whole Jimmy's Egg experience, especially their grits and sausage. He had so much food and we talked about what he would and wouldn't get next time to better fit his appetite and budget. The coffee was also piping hot and perfect with free refills. Our server, Gwen was exceptional and had the prettiest purple pen, notepad and accessories.
