She told me to ask Nicole when I got there if she could do my brow wax in addition to my Brazilian so I did and Nicole said no and that she would not have time. She told me to get undressed, I told her I'm fast yet, she took what seemed to be 3-5 mins to come back in. The Brazilian went smoothly, I don't need extra care, and I don't make small talk. I went out to pay and no one was in the lobby waiting. The receptionist bumped my appt from 10:40 to 11:00. Nicole was done and I had paid at 11:03. I sat in my car and handled a few things to see if anyone came in the front doors. Not one client walked in. I left at 11:15. Nicole had PLENTY of time to do my brows. PLENTY. She was just being petty. To top it off, she had the nerve to get offended and drop an attitude on me when I didn't tip here. Was she actually surprised? Unbelievable. There are WAY too many choices for waxing here in San Diego for one of your employees to act like that. As a side note: the woman who answered my call at 10:36 when I was on the road to the store was very kind.

Hi! Thanks for looking at my page! Please be sure to scroll down to the VERY bottom of the entire page to see the majority of my reviews that were put in the "not recommended section". I have asked the yelp team why so many (44 five star) reviews from my clients have been filtered there and it seems in my case their "algorithm" just did it spontaneously...perhaps because my page is fairly new and I had so many reviews going up but this was because I told my clients I had created a new page and they graciously posted their reviews for me because I had to sell my salon of 15 years. I also have 88 very nice reviews STILL there on my old yelp page under Hairspray Salon. When I owned Hairspray I had 18 stylists however the salon is half it's original size now so the new owner (of course) now only has half the stylists which in turn means since I am still employed there, I now have time to take on NEW clients as well. I specialize in brow waxing but also have done body waxing since 1998 so I am fast and thorough and according to our computer service have waxed over 1400 separate individuals. I also use the Nufree liquid hair removal system and all their products which are top notch, easy on the skin and antimicrobial.
