If you have things happen out of your control and you MAY be late, don't go here. I was on my way to my appointment, 45 minutes in advance and directions said 30 minutes. Allowing me a good 15 minutes to park and head to her office. My phone randomly over heated on my way there, my directions stopped working and it wouldn't let me send texts or calls. I had to pull over because I didn't know where I was going to restart my phone which took about 15 minutes. As soon as my phone turned on, I sent her a text. Her response was "there will be a late fee," and then went on to say I will need to cancel my appointment because she will feel rushed. I was 9 minutes late and parking when she sent me a screen shot of her late fee conditions. Great, yes I read them but you don't need to be rude when I was trying to be considerate and text you I was going to be late as soon as I got my phone on. My suggestion is spend your money elsewhere, it's not worth her being stressed over 10 minutes to cancel your appointment. My suggestion to the business is to maybe schedule some cushion room for their customers to not feel as if they are going to stress you out over 10 minutes. read more
